Everything! It is set in the most beautiful location with views of the sea and forest, it is unbelievably peaceful. The pools are lovely. The room was very clean and there was daily housekeeping. The restaurant was brilliant and food was delicious. All the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! We couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Wonderful 4 night stay.

We loved our 4 night stay here. The property and grounds are just beautiful. The staff too, welcoming and so friendly. The breakfast had lots of choice and we enjoyed overlooking the pool and gardens. It’s wonderful they offer a free shuttle service to the beach area. We didn’t appreciate you could go at any time (returning before 10pm) and could just WhatsApp when you wanted picking up. This was a fantastic added bonus for us. We spent time talking with the owners who were very lovely. It was great value for money staying here.

The shower areas were quite black with mould and could do with a good clean. House keeping was a little hit and miss, sometimes we didn’t get clean cups or replacement coffee.

The hotel room itself is not bad.

We didn’t feel welcomed here. The whole hotel experience spoiled our impression of Lovina Beach. They refused our request for just a 30-minute late checkout and tried to charge us for yoga classes without mentioning there was a fee.

The gardens and the pools were wonderful !

I was in the butterfly room and the aircon had to be set on 16 to get cold and it sounded like a rushing wind the whole time. The bathroom needed some tlc , it smelt and looked like it could do with a makeover. In no way does this hotel warrant 5 stars, not for the room I had anyway.

The hotel pools were amazing and it's in such an amazing peaceful location. If you're worried about the location don't! The hotel offered us a free shuttle service into Lovina which was such a nice touch Staff are really helpful too.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - an oasis of calm and tranquility in the suburbs of Lovina. The grounds and pools were sublime. Staff absolutely lovely, restaurant was great & lovely ambiance.

A tropical hideout away from the busy Lovina Scene.

The gardens, the pool, the yoga shalah. The warm croissants at breakfast were a treat even though the included breakfast was quite limited. This hotel is a gem!

Lack of beside table and lamps and reading light, my room was above the kitchen so a bit noisy at times but not disturbing. There’s a sign at the yoga shala to join class every morning but nobody told me I had to sign up first so more communication upon arrival would be great.

Beautiful property on a mountainside, ocean views with amazing helpful staff.

Friendly staff, exceptional pools. Restaurant had good food with both local and western dishes. Quiet and peaceful environment with amazing shrubs and planting. Minnie in the office was so helpful with organizing spa treatments and trips. Lovely property. Staff operating the shuttle to town and back were very helpful with dropping us near restaurants etc. staff able and willing to make in town recommendation’s for where to go/eat etc.

We loved everything. The property is on a mountain side so terraced and steep with steps to each area. Part Of its charm but something to be aware of if mobility an issue

Beautiful and quiet garden, helpful and friendly owner, nice staff. Would go there again. Owner can organise day trips which is great. Free shuttle to Lovjna centre to go out for dinner and drinks, although we had some lunches and dinners at the restaurant in the hotel which was very good and convieneint. Very recommendable, great value for the price.

we booked 2 nights but due to some lack of facilities we only stayed 1 night only.

hi, breakfast was just okay simple menu pool - view was good view - nice and very peaceful place we reach villa almost late evening and the journey was quite far approx 3 hrs. no kitchen for us to order food due to we reached villa late night and no food surrounding, night time no receptionist and only security guard. No TV and phone inside the room. we quite un happy with this service.

1) better to provide proper menu card for bfast not only 1 peace of paper 2) provide TV inside room 3) provide telephone 4) receptionist at night 5) kitchen for us to order some food 6) request official receipt but they only provide normal receipt which is not official receipt or invoice. Owner said they issuing like this several years.

the hotel is really really wonderful. we enjoyed our stay very much and the pools are just amazing! the hotel is surrounded by wonderful nature and the garden is crazy nice with a lot of flowers. we lived in the deluxe room with the nice dolphine picture on the wall. everything was really clean and the veranda was stunning. directly in front of the veranda is a small own garden and you have a very nice view on the sea and the vulcano ijen. Also the activity's you can do around the hotel if you meet a motorbike are very nice (beautiful waterfalls for example). one of the nicest things is, that the hotel has a free shuttle to the town. additionally the staff is really friendly and the wifi is good.

The took our hard Plastik fork and spoon and didn't gave us back. this was very important for our trip and sad for us.

This is a lovely boutique hotel set in the hills overlooking Lovina. It suited us perfectly as we didn't want to stay right in Lovina but the twice daily shuttle into town works very well and makes things very accessible. The hotel itself is excellent and has a wonderful garden and pool not to mention a fantastic view. The staff are warm, friendly and accommodating and provide a healthy breakfast to start the day. This hotel also gives excellent value for money and I'd have no hesitation staying there when next in Lovina. Thank you for having us!

Sanctuary in the hills

The property was ideally located on the hills over Lovina. Providing breathtaking views of the town and ocean. The property was spotless clean and staff attentive and friendly. Also not forgetting the picture perfect pool with sun loungers. Internet connection was perfect. I would highly recommend this property and will visit again.

We thought a TV in the room would compliment it well and maybe fly screens on windows to prevent mosquitoes from getting in.

Zeer veel waarde voor je geld vanwege mooie kamers, goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten!

Dit hotel is echt een kleine onbekende parel. Zeer goed onderhouden. Sfeervol aangelegde tuin en vriendelijk personeel. Iedereen doet zijn best om het je echt naar het zin te maken. Diner is zeer betaalbaar en van hoge kwaliteit. De tuin is met zorg aangelegd en kent meerdere niveau’s inclusief meerdere prachtige schone zwembaden die passen bij de inrichting van de tuin. De gratis Shuttlebus naar Lovina is comfortabel en onmisbaar! Wij waren echt verrast door Alamanda Lovina Resort en hebben 4 heerlijke dagen gehad. Niet twijfelen maar boeken! Dolfijnentour wordt door het hotel in eigen beheer volledig verzorgt incl haal- en brengservice. Een dikke aanrader dus!

Werkelijk geen klachten. Minder geschikt voor mensen die moeilijkheden hebben met trappen lopen. ( Hotel ligt op bergwand. )

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gut um Ruhe und Kraft zu tanken. Yogaclass ist täglich möglich, auch Massage. Alles liebevoll und familiär. Das Restaurant ist klein aber fein. Sehr gutes indonesisches Essen. Die Anlage ist insgesamt einfach spitze.

Oase van rust en natuur

De natuur in dit resort js ongelofelijk mooi. Je mond valt open als je binnen komt. We hadden een kamer met een prachtig uitzicht maar dat hebben alle kamers. Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de shuttle naar lovina waar Tanda pizza aan te raden is om te eten maar de keuken in het resort is ook heel goed te doen (ik vond de biefstuk heeerlijk). Ze bieden meerdere activiteiten aan die je bij kan boeken en wij hebben de dolfijnen tour geboekt die erg indrukwekkend is. Een magische plek, wij raden het zeker aan

De accommodaties hadden veel privacy door de pracht en praal van het groen in het resort.Dit "kleine" natuurpark is prachtig onderhouden en wat een diversiteit aan groen. De keuze aan 2 zwembaden is ook heel gastvrij en ook met zo een wijds uitzicht.Het zwembad aan het restaurant was ideaal om de ochtend ontspannen te starten met een heerlijke zwemsessie.De natuurgeluiden op de achtergrond en omgeven door een groen decor.

Paradijsje in Lovina

Werkelijk fantastisch! Paradijsje in Lovina. Het resort zit wat verder van Lovina af, wat wij juist prettig vonden. Er staat altijd een shuttle driver voor je klaar. Personeel was perfect: niet te afstandelijk en ook niet te opdringerig, prima verzorgd door deze lieve mensen. Accomodatie heeft een mooi aangelegde en verzorgde tuin, met 2 zwembaden en een whirlpool! Wij deden mee aan een yogales, die heel fijn was. Aanrader in Lovina: pizza Tanda en Buda bakery and café. Ga geen dolfijnen opjagen maar maak een wandeling in Kalibukbuk met Rundung 😀
