Everything. The food was abysmal. The staff surly. The room was dirty and hot. No cupboard, iron or drinking water. Safe didn't work and had to ask for a key to use it. The party of 100 people woke us at 5am with banging doors,screams of laughter and general noise until they left at 6am. No manager or staff around when I went downstairs to ask them to be quiet and the bed linen wasn't great either. Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I've traveled the world. May I suggest that Booking.com disassociate themselves from.this hellhole of a hotel. If not then burn it to the ground,it IS that awful.

the view from the room was great

you can hear the noise from neighbour room especially when they open and close the doors. Room is small. Not recommended for stay with children. You cannot order anything else upon breakfast except what is included in the breakfast menu, even you willing to pay extra amount to order their other item in the order menu. Staff was not helping nor friendly.

Beautiful swimming pool and breakfast terras right on the beach. In the morning you are on the water and as the sun sets, the beach exposes. Amazing sunset. The swimming pools and pool facilities are awesome what a view on the ocean. The staff was very friendly.

I mean you get what you pay for. Don’t expect the most modern or clean looking room. The room had stains on the walls and in the floor tiles and the room smells musky. The toilets have an odd way of flushing it’s a struggle. The breakbast is a la carte and there is not lot of choice, it’s very low cost even though they put effort in the presentation I must admit. The hotel feels a little bit abandoned. It has a lot of potential though.

Great sea view but disappointing

The location in front of the sea is great The junior suite has the private pool (with an other bedroom) and it was great !

The food was disgusting ! The hotel members staff were too loud honestly… we had reserved the junior suite with private pool to have calm and private space, but everybody was coming in our space and we had to share this pool with an other bedroom so it’s not “private pool” as written.

Location by the ocean and definetly a pool. Staff is very very friendly and, not to forget, very important - the hotel shuttla is always available for you free of charge - communication through WhatsAp working PERFECTLY. Clear 10 for all Staff members.

A moment in paradise!

Staff were fantastic. Always happy and eager to please. Location is amazing - slice of heaven. Such a perfect view. Food was great - especially loved the pancakes and chicken spring rolls. The sellers on the beach weren't pushy and we enjoyed chatting with them too. The bedroom was huge! The junior suite with private pool I'd highly recommend. You can easily get a boat out at this location. Free transport was very welcome. Loved the animal statues and art - such a beautifully presented place! Wish we'd stayed longer! Surprised that not many people were there on our visit (April 2025)

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave and go back home!

Hotel is very beautiful, full of great art pieces, very nice pool and relax area, good stuff, especially drivers 🙂 we enjoyed that hotel is located directly on the seaside, we enjoyed sunrise and sunset, also we could observe how sea comes high and low tide.

It looks like hotel is build from paper, we could hear all noises from other rooms. It was hardly bearable when they came around midnight and started washing, arguing and so on. Restaurant working times and lack of stuff in busy time. We needed to wait way too long for a food in the evening and morning rush hour. Also I would suggest not to offer European foods as it was not very successful interpretation of it.

Clean and convenient for dolphin watching.

The property was beach front and very clean. the pool was super nice and if you go dolphin watching you can ask the boat to drop you directly on the beach side of your resort.

Worth it for the dolphin!

We booked this purely because you can book the dolphin tour with the hotel itself whereby they only charge IDR 100,000 per pax for the dolphin tour. There is a jetty there so you can just board there. There is no need for you to book a dolphin tour with other operator where you will have to go to the destined jetty. Saved time and effort

The toilet flush isnt really working. There are flies and house lizard in our room~ well, you are in Bali, enjoy whilst it last :)

Never again

We are very disappointed with this hotel, not because of the facility itself, but because of the service. There were some minor construction works going on in the neighboring room. While our baby was taking a nap in our room, a small waterfall flowed out of our air conditioning unit. My partner immediately ran to the neighboring room to see what was going on. The staff attempted to clean the air conditioning unit with a water hose, causing everything to come flooding into our room. Our luggage was left open and all of our belongings got soaked. The baby was naturally awakened by this and we had to change rooms. The only reaction we got from the hotel was a "sorry." I repeatedly told them that they had to compensate for the damage to our belongings. At first, they said "no! We're giving you a new room," which is the least they could do if the other one is underwater. After explaining multiple times that all of our belongings got soaked with the disgusting air conditioning water and that they needed to inform the manager, we were given the equivalent of 6€ as compensation!!! This is an absolute outrage! They should have washed and dried our belongings! I would not recommend this hotel at all! We now have to figure out how to clean and dry our things.

simple place for an overnight but nothing too pleasant about it.

quite a decent view of the sea, has hangers and a hanging area to dry my clothes, has a balcony. food from the hotel was very decent.

Safe was not working, mosquitoes in the room, ants found on the table top. several people standing around the beach all the time trying to get people to sign up for dolphin watching, spoiling the atmosphere. reception staff does not really care about our concerns.

beautiful grounds, wonderful polite staff

this was our second stay at the hotel the last in 2018. it now has more rooms and updated appearance. we stayed as a result of cancelling our stay at the ju blu in Lovina due to poor conditions in room selected. the padmasari is well kept with a great waterfront location , excellent pool and is kept very clean. there is a on site free van shuttle to town which is not walkable. we upgraded our room by paying almost double which beside being on the ground floor and at the waters edge was not worth the price, same small room size, and uncomfortable furniture. the king bed is comfortable, great shower, air con is good, housekeeping very good, and with so few people in the hotel, it was quiet,.

the breakfast is very repetitious and was our last visit as well, Balinese coffe is dreadful, and the hawkers annoying from the beach landing at the waters edge. we were disappointed in paying for such a pointless room upgrade, with so few people money must be tight, an upgrade without cost should have been automatic. rooms are small, no storage for clothes, furniture hard and more decorative than practical

Nice sea view, really. Loved gazing at the lights of distant fishing boats during the night. Clean and new rooms. Good restaurant stuff, cooked fish, which I've just caught. And cooked it perfectly, just the way I wanted. Water was muddy at the beach(probably recent rain was the problem), but if you swim 50 meters further it becomes clean and there are amazing corals! Stunning! Quick response of staff over WhatsApp. Good transfer service to nearby town. Fishing trip organised was amazing (disregarding the boat comment in minuses). Really great activity and nice boat driver. Price to quality was perfect.

Rooms are small, but for me as solo traveller was no issue. Awful sculptures and art on the walls outside. Giraffe with double bass and panda with trombone, omg. Bali is usually so balanced and natural... For me it was pure vulgarity. Art consisted of a huge dolphin drawing. Didn't even want to take pictures. Some of the staff English was very poor, had difficulty communicating. Wanted to organise fishing trip on a certain type of boat (I was picky, yes). Sent a picture even. Boat was different,so I wasn't that happy.

Great place. Comfy beds, very nice design and atmosphere. Book dolphins tour right at the frontdesk, it's cheaper and they pick you up right from the hotel, very convenient.

Pushy annoying locals on the beach keep trying to sell you the same stuff again and again all day long despite you already said them 20 times you don't need it. Hard to get a taxi from the hotel to anywhere outside Lovina (no online rideshares, no local cabs).
