Asking guest to pay for the stay when I already booked and inform reception.. on my bill

Location is great, the staff if very friendly, breakfast was tasty!
The music from the restaurant was very loud until 00:30 in the night!
The Deluxe Apartment is not an apartment acutally, it is just a bigger room.

The location, close to the wedding celebration and available parking spot.
No AC at the reception and inside restaurant and everywhere was too hot, the room (the apartment) had bad smell, remote control was not working because of rusted batteries and the fridge door was not closing properly.
The receptionist was unprepared to accommodate a couple of small groups at the same time.
