The whole stay was excellent, with a lovely serene calm atmosphere.

The staff were so accommodating, friendly, happy and seemed to enjoy where they were working. Owner was also a very nice friendly man who assisted in all our queries how to get to certain places. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Cute hotel in a perfect location

Super cute hotel with a lovely retro vibe and a cozy outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in came with a complimentary shot of local liquor – such a sweet touch. The location is perfect, walking distance to the waterfalls and the beautiful old town just behind the hotel. Dog-friendly, and we were given a convenient first-floor room. Only small downside was a staff recommendation that led us to a very touristy area instead of the much more charming old city nearby. Still, a great stay and totally worth the money.

A wonderful and very well preserved historical building, a beautiful cosy room with all comforts, warm hospitality, a sumptuous and freshly prepared breakfast, welcoming and friendly hosts. Don't forget to buy some of their sweet liquor to bring home with you!

A superb place in the perfect location in Edessa.

It’s a superb location close to the waterfalls in Edessa and it feels like staying in a private house. All the staff were super friendly and informative. They made us feel like guests. Certainly worth booking breakfast here. It’s gorgeous.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Room 3 doesn’t have a view, but the real bonus is the lovely courtyard garden for having a drink or relaxing. Perfect.

A great place to stay when you visit Edessa and the waterfalls

We enjoyed our stay in Hagiati Guesthouse and Edessa very much. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and explained about Edessa giving us a map also and recommending where we could eat. We also had a welcome drink. The guesthouse furniture and details are really beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a very peaceful night. We parked in front of the accommodation. We also enjoyed an evening drink sitting in front of the guesthouse that was very pleasant.

beautiful hotel in an amazing city

we stayed in the main hotel on the ground floor,we had our own door to the garden the hotel and surroundings are beautiful. we paid an extra 10 Euro (5 for children) pp for breakfast , worth it and every tasty . the staff are very helpful and pleasant thanks for a lovely stay

Nice hotel in good location

Well renovated old building, nice areas for sitting & breakfast outside, comfortable guest lounge inside. Great location, near the waterfall park, old town & also close to the new town with numerous cafes, shops plus very good restaurant nearby. Very friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

The bedroom- quite small & we found the bed vary hard & uncomfortable, & the dark wood ceiling, doors & furniture made it quite gloomy. This was a shame as everything else was really good.

Very well positioned, close to the main attractions of Edessa. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Parking for cars available, but for a motorcycle I was offered a gated back yard. Decorated in a very welcoming, traditional style. Despite the small size of the room and the hotel overall, everything I could have wished for was well provided.

Stay at this wonderful guesthouse in Edessa.

We loved our stay at Hagiati Guesthouse. It is situated close to the waterfalls in Edessa. The staff there were very charming and helpful, especially Dimitra. She gave us such a warm welcome and great tips on places to visit in the area. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We loved sitting next to the logfire on the cold evenings with a glass of wine. There are good restaurant options nearby.

We loved everything about our stay. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, a little upgrade would be perfect. But it was still a wonderful stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

The stay at Hagiati was an excellent experience. The hospitality and facilities were amazing. The owner and all the people working there made our stay very pleasant with their kindness and constant smile. We visited during winter and we spent beautiful nights and breakfast next to the warm fireplace. Cant imagine a better stay in Edessa...

Hagiati Guesthouse makes you feel like family

The staff was so friendly that we felt like we wanted to change our plans and just stay with them. The location was right next to the waterfall park and places to eat.

It was hard to navigate directly to the place, but that's how it is in Greece. If you want to find the small, friendly, quaint places, it takes a little more effort
