Ok room staff not si much 😔

Nice room and Nice reseption. However there was staff available ONLY we checked out. When we arrived there were nobody, try to call several times until man answered ”paragallo” and after that 10min and Lady arrived who told that she has sented txt-message ( didnt or dontknow where she has sent it ?) and that they dont answer blocknumbers … 😳😳 So was our number on the blocklist before we arrived or whats the case dont know..,!

1. Staff, never available, no maners like ”good morning” or ”jow had the stay been so far” or have Nice rest of the trip” Basic maners that they clearly didnt have. Another thing, if you try to call number that staff dont reconice they dont answer like the Lady who came after we waited 30min so we could get the room. Also everytime when me or my wife tryed to call staff they went greekspeaking i assume voice box… so we didnt managed get hold of them.. 2. We were two nights the room werent cleaned or shower soap added. Well used handsoap (was only thing that the toilet/shower had to use for the second day. We had high hopes based on this booking.com rates but in our case it wasnt so hood as other people has rated. PS. The breakfast was Nice that it was caried to the front of the room but when we tryed adjust the content of the brekfast ? ….. couldnt ask since they didnt answer the phone and staff were never on the reseption….

A nice hotel in a nice village

The hotel is new, nice and very clean. IT IS A Good place for both Summer and Winter. The owner is very nice and helpful. She provided a nice breakfast to the rooms. Orma is a very nice village with many good restaurants

Bed quite short and lucky my friend is short, because the 'sofa'' bed was even shorter and without linen.. But I guess that was a misunderstanding on booking. Or that the photo I saw online was not the same room.

Just excellent!

Just excellent ! Family room for two adults and two children. The room is well equipped and new. There are good restaurants in walking distance. Few minutes with car from Pozar baths. The owners are very polite and helpful .

Katerina and Stefanos are very friendly. Room serviced breakfast is a very nice asset and it was varied on the second morning. The room and bed sheets are clean. I liked the song of the small stream passing by at 1m from the door... Our host recommended 2 restaurants in the village center: Dyonisos and Yeroplatanos and we had delicious dinners at both.

Very minor remark: an option to cover the door glasses as the sunshine rays come to the room with the sunrise.

A really good experience!

A very cosy and warm room with good breakfast. It was very well taken care of and super clean. There was a little river right outside our room which was so relaxing and picturesque. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Περισσοτερα χαλιά στο δάπεδο για να ενισχυθεί το ήδη ζεστό δωμάτιο . Να μήν μύριζε τόσο πολύ κάπνα απο παρακείμενη καμινάδα, ήταν στιγμές που φύσούσε με τετοι τρόπο που όλος ο καπνός ερχόταν προς το οίκημα.
