Location and staff were friendly.

We booked the property mainly for the pool. But when we arrived the pool was drained and was not able to be used. If we had known this we would have booked another hotel.

Nice and calm

The room was clean and with great view. It is close to the famous spring. Just in front there is a great coffee shop.

We absolutely loved our stay here.

The hotel was nice , in a perfect location for local restaurants and very close to Pozar hot springs. The room was a good size and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking an amazing Mountain View. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Hot springs is in 15 by walk by the beautiful road, a lot of restaurants around. Location is full of cherries gardens. Great view to the mountains.

Fine room. Good view. The WiFi was ok. The location was very good. Very close to the thermal baths.

We went in June and it was 40 degress, but there was no water in the swimmingpool! And the beds was very uncomfortable.

The view and the balcony were great and the hotel was very close to the hot springs. The room was quite big and comfortable

the jacuzzi in the shower was not working the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the other rooms.

beautiful mountain hotel

Staff is friendly, helpful and English speaking. Our room with an adjoining furnished terrace with nice view was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom has an advanced massage shower. The hotel is very well positioned for enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of the mountains and the proximity of the thermal baths and good taverns with reasonable prices. The breakfast was good with rich variety of food. Wifi was good.

The parking is a challenge for bigger cars.

Room, Bathroom, Bed, hydromassage, location, view, tv, breakfast was ok nothing special. Clean. balcony.

hydromassage (The first 1-2 times when you start the machine it smells a bit ugly. ), Wifi they have a problem for sure (also slow speeds), mini bar empty.

Πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό!Το ξενοδοχείο αξίζει 100%,λογική τιμή,πολύ άνετο και καθαρό,τέλεια θέα,εξαιρετικό πρωινό και πολύ κοντά στα Πόζαρ με τα πόδια!Το δωμάτιο έχει τζάκι και πολύ όμορφη και παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Τρομερή φιλοξενία, κάθε μέρα μας έφτιαχναν υπέροχα το δωμάτιο και καθάριζαν κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα, πολύ ικανοποιητικό πρωινό για την τιμή του και τρομερή πρωινή θέα, παρά πολύ βολικό κρεβάτι και υπέροχο υδρομασάζ, αν ξανά βρεθώ προς τα λουτρά Πόζαρ σίγουρα θα ήταν μία από τις επιλογές μου

W pokoju obok czworo motocyklistów i motocyklistek zaczęli imprezę o pierwszej w nocy głośno się zachowując do piątej rano. Pomieszczenia nie są dobrze wyciszone, a rozmowa z lokalu obok jest słyszalna jakby ktoś stał obok.

Het kuuroord pozar en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het hotel ligt perfect tussenbeide. Kamer was schoon en probleem met airco werd direct verholpen.

De engelse taalkennis van sommige medewerkers kan beter. De weg vinden via allerlei verdiepingen was even wennen.

Die Lage mit der wunderschönen Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Als einzige Gäste hatten wir auch den Pool für uns. Ansonsten können wir uns den anderen sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen.
