Exceptional location in the nature! The team here really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. They were super accommodating with everything we needed. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night, the owner was right there to help us out. It's service like that which makes you want to return. We felt truly taken care of during our stay.

Relaxing and homey

The room was cozy, like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. It was quiet with the relaxing sound of running water. The staff were very accommodating and brought us tea and coffee when we were sitting outside. We had the breakfast and it was delicious.

Magical place

What a magical place! The hotel is located in a green forest near a babbling river. Everything is like a beautifullegend, thought out to the smallest detail, and prepared with love to make guests feel comfortable. Everything sparkly clean and smells amazing. . The staff is so pleasant and special thanks to Kostas, the owner, who surrounded us with care and even packed for us some delicious treats for the road. We had a delicious breakfast on the terrace, with the sound of the babbling river. The Pozar thermal springs are a 5-minute walk away. There are many small restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back here again!🩷

Perfect for a Retreat in nature!

Amazing location, very clean and well kept property, the room was very clean, the staff extremely accommodating and polite going the extra mile every time. Very happy overall.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable but other than that everything else was great.

Simply the best

Everything about Roes is impressive. The building is meticulously constructed and the rooms are beautifully furnished. The breakfast is generous and tasty, and there are cakes and hot drinks to be had later in the day. The sounds of birds and of the stream fed by melting snow were mersmersing and comforting. The staff were kind and solicitous. Vasiliki, Illona and Evi went beyond what they had to. And Kostas, the owner, was a welcoming and enthusiastic presence at the hotel. He picked us up from Aridaia and Illona took us to Orma for a fantastic dinner. Our rooms had a grand balcony where we could watch the changing vista and listen to the sounds of nature. Inside, we snuggled up or threw open the windows depending on the weather. This is a second visit that did not disappoint.

Superb comfort and quality, close to nature.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful quality furniture, spotlessly clean! The location is fabulous, with the sounds of nature and the flowing river nearby. The staff were extra friendly, and accommodated all our needs. The fresh baked home made cakes at breakfast were delicious, and they gave us extra portions to take with us!

Perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation!

Overall a fabulous experience. It is the perfect place for ultimate relaxation! The location offers amazing view of the mountains and surrounding forest. The sound of the running creek and waterfalls during the night is priceless!!! The staff are extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. The property is meticulously designed and maintained and the suits are large and comfortable.

It's not the first time we've been to this place. The highest quality of reception and service is amazing! We were worried that the difficult economic times will affect the quality, but we were wrong! Everything remains at the same high level! The accommodations and staff are still excellent! First of all the staff was amazing...always wanting to make our stay more comfortable. The location was great. One of the best experiences I ever had with hotels

I don't know if I have ever experienced again such hospitality at another hotel! Starting from the owner Kostas who is an incredible host, eager to help with every question we made, cheerful and kind to the girls working as Maria and Stavroula who where there ready to make every little thing that we asked for to happen the next right minute. The rooms are incredible, decorated with great taste, spacious, sparkling clean with breathtaking view. The breakfast was ohhh myy godddd! Fresh products, cooked on the spot by the girls, fresh orange juice, cakes, variety of ham and cheese,eggs, tea, coffee ... I promised to myself that I will definitely go back again and again!

If I returned to Greece I wouldn’t think twice before booking a stay here

We have stayed at 3 different locations in Greece and this was by far and away the best. The staff was was unbelievably accommodating and so kind. They upgraded our room our room free of charge and supplied tea and cake upon our arrival. They engaged in a helpful manner and never overbearing. The handmade bakery treats were delicious. They treated us like guests in their own home.

Roes Suites is beautiful from every aspect -the staff, the rooms, the amazing breakfast. Such lovely views from the room, so much serenity. The suites are very well located to visit the thermal baths and to trek. Maria tended to our every whim at breakfast time and passed on some good tips for trekking the surroundings. To top it all we even received a farewell token ! Dionysius restaurant in Omra was recommended by the hotel staff. And such good advice . . Totaly recommendable ! All beautiful in every aspect !

everything you could need was thought of, the room was lovely. so close to the thermal baths. the staff were very friendly and Maria was very attentive and knowledgeable. breakfast was delicious and we were even given cake and cheese pie for our onward journey! I wish we could have stayed more than one night :-)

Amazing, cosy and super hospitable guest house next to the thermal springs. Amazing breakfast too!

Having travelled a lot, we must admit that this is by far the most hospitable accommodation ever! All the people working there (the owner, reception, breakfast ladies) did everything they could to have an amazing stay even for 1 night. The property is just 150 metres from the thermal springs, for which they also managed to find us a free slot even last minute. The suite we stayed (we have actually been upgraded for free to a more spacious one) was super comfortable, clean and cosy (the towels were very soft and with a nice smell!). In the morning, we have been served with an amazing home-produced breakfast with local delicacies and amazing variety! WiFi is super fast. All in all, if you are planning to travel to Loutra Pozar, you should definitely choose Roes! Thanks for everything you did for us!

I had spot Roes last time I was in Loutraki, and promised to visit it next time I would be in Loutraki. And I was so right. The room was amazing, clean and beautiful. The staff was extremely nice and polite. I will definately visit it again.

The holiday was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the hotel upgraded our room to the fantastic Kamelia suite. We were scheduled to leave at 6 pm and they allowed us to stay in our rooms for the extra hours until our expected taxi pick up time. Unfortunately, I had made a mistake with the taxi company for the pick up date and the owner yet again helped us out by finding a taxi at the last moment to take us to Thessaloniki airport. Thank you very much Maria and Kosta!

We are a couple who visited this resort for one night, but what a night it was. Starting from the amazing service and hospitality we recieved(especially from Maria), through the fresh and diversed breakfast, the fantastic homemade cakes, and the hot spirngs themselves which were simply amazing. In addition to all that we have recieved an upgraded suite right inside the amazing nature and flowing water. We have been on a tour at Greece for a week and this was the crown jewel of our tour, we plan on going back here

I bet its simply the best accomodation in the area! Super and sincerely nice hospitality (availability to help with anything, welcoming with home-made pies etc.). Boutique size which makes it even more cozy and comfortable. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. 5 min walk to natural baths, main destination.

Staff is very friendly and efficient and the service is excellent. The rooms feel individual and nicely designed. (traditional with a modern twist). Got upgraded to a lovely suite. Fantastic mattresses. Breakfast basic, but fresh and plentiful.

I would prefer if they could restock toilet items automatically and not on request. However this is a very minor observation in an other wise excellent stay
