A fantastic stay at Elatochori

Everything was great! Location is fantastic, the owners are very welcoming and accommodating, room was great; clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great stay!

A very comfortable stay with a very kind host

Located in a beautiful village in the foothills of Olympus and close to the Elatohori ski centre, a lovely comfortable guesthouse. Dimitri was very attentive and helpful . Breakfasts were varied and large! An excellent place to stay for some peace and quiet in a mountainous area

Quirky hotel with character

Beautifully presented hotel in the mountains of Northern Greece. Rooms were big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent 👌

.Excellent location on the mountains, very quiet, low temperature in the middle of the summer, beautifully decorated and very comfortable rooms, great hospitality. There is an excellent taverna next door and an elegant bar with good drinks and great atmosphere. The best way to escape a heatwave in the summer and have a holiday away from busy beaches!

Perfect hideaway for couple

Breakfast's simple, but good enough for 3-4 days. Fireplace in the room is very cosy. Staff is fantastic and helpful. Location's perfect for hiking. There're a lot of springs in the area.

We were a little surprise about required payment for sauna during the check out.

Nothing to do with the property or the host but booking.com should be transparent that no local restaurants are open during this time period only at the weekend so if you don't have a car it's a problem. However the lovely host did offer to drive us to some other resturants nearby. The pool sauna facilities were closed due to covid again this should be stated in the description as you often choose a property because of its facilities.

The hotel was traditional and beautifully decorated we loved our room and the views are incredible . but what is the secret is the owner he is fantastic so kind warm and welcoming going over expectations to meet guests needs. A lovely breakfast made with care and meeting dietary requirements. Thankyou for a lovely stay

You must stay here

We loved this place. It has a wonderful, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Lovely room (202) with rural views, across to Katerini in the far distance. Huge bed, great bathroom, good breakfast, great coffee. The host was lovely, as was his Mum. I won’t forget her. The village is in a beautiful spot with great walks and tavernas. My favourite hotel on our travels. Hope we can go back one day.

Excellent hospitality by the whole family! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, offered us coffee and wine and gave us a ride whenever needed. The room was spectacular, with a comfortable bed and perfectly heated. We will definitely be coming back!

The room was way above expectations, spacious, comfortable and with amazing panoramic views of the nature around. Dimitris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and spoiled us with the best breakfast ever! I highly recommend this hotel and we're already planning visiting again soon!

Ottima struttura

La struttura e' fin troppo ricca di suppellettili, piuttosto buia all'ingresso ma con una accoglienza veramente gentile e disponibile della giovane e efficientissima coppia che la gestisce, pronta a accontentarci e risolvere ogni anche piccolo problema. Bravi. Non sono molto informati circa i reperti straordinari dei musei relativi a Filippo II e la dinastia macedone, che si trovano a circa 1 ora di strada. Si puo' parcheggiare nella stradina proprio davanti l'ingresso, gratuitamente. La colazione e' servita al piano -1 in una accogliente sala (foto). Sostanzialmente nulla da dire, se volete un espresso pero' bisogna tornare al piano terra, e per noi italiani il caffe' disponibile per la colazione non era abbastanza forte... ma sono gusti. Ottima la pulizia e piu' che buona la dotazione di asciugamani. Le due taverne adiacenti all'albergo sono buone, le abbiamo provate entrambe. Una si chiama palio scolio (vecchia scuola) con disegni di bambini che tappezzano letteralmente le pareti. Molto greca, parlano pochissimo inglese e di menu' in altra lingua neanche a parlarne, ma abbiamo mangiato mooolto bene. L'altra e' piu' "raffinata" . Dimitra e' giovanissima e parla molto bene inglese e vi tradurrà il menu senza problemi. Bene anche qui. Prezzi uguali. Una citazione a parte per la natura. Siamo stati a fine ottobre e i boschi sono spettacolari. Bellissimo.

Ατμόσφαιρα καθαριότητα τέλειο πρωινό και υπέροχο προσωπικό!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια ακόμη και εκτός σεζόν οι παροχές η εξυπηρέτηση η καθαριότητα και το πρωινό ήταν αντάξιο των προσδοκιών που είχαμε. Μια μικρή εξορμήση έγινε μια υπέροχη εμπειρία χάρης και στο ξενοδοχείο που με όλη την προσεγμένη διακόσμηση την τοποθεσία το πρωινό σε ταξιδεύει σε έναν άλλο κόσμο μακριά από την πόλη. Τέλος πόσο ευγενικός και υπέροχος ο οικοδεσπότης ο Δημήτρης με τόση καλοσύνη χαμόγελο και αμέσως ότι του ζητήσαμε μας το έδωσε. Μόνο τα καλύτερα❤️❤️❤️
