bad beds

The hotel is very beautiful, and the views from the room are spectacular.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs in the mattress. In addition, the sheets were not the right size for the bed.

Next to the historic sites, attentive staff

Very close to the historic sites of Vergina. On a high place, facing a forest on the other side. It's in two connected buildings with a cafe in it. Rooms have heating with AC and gas so good for the winter. The rooms are spacious, many with balcony, the hosts are very attentive.

The rooms may seem simply full of beds if you have one with 4 beds or an apartment.

Good place in a quiet vilage

Very friendly welcome. Nice place, close to opportunities for sightseeing. Great view from the terrace Big parking Great coffee and frappe Very good taverns in the center of the village (5-10 min walk)

Asking for an extra 5 EUR for air conditioning, when it's 42 degrees outside, is almost a blackmail. I wouldn't mind paying five extra euros as part of the room price; holding the AC remote as a hostage is not cool (pun intended)

Nice stay in Evridiki

Great host and location. The garden is lovely, also the place is very quiet during the night (not accounting the roosters which start singing close to sunrise).

Bathroom is badly designed. The shower sink does not do its job, so expect a small puddle to form. The ventilator is very noisy, also under-powered. No insect nets on windows, you can expect to have some of the local fauna inside the room (we had one locust). For AC, you need to pay extra.

Friendly comfortable, handy to Royal Tombs

Delightful place to stay in Vergina. Very handy to the Royal Tombs and the Ancient Theatre and Palace - there's a shortcut to the latter two through the garden. Nice big rooms and a friendly landlady who speaks English and German. There's a taverna downstairs which serves a good lunch. No breakfast though. Free parking.

The area was marvelous with view to the archeological site of the tombs and the valley. The owner was very polite. The room was clean and spacious.

It's ok to stay one night but don't expect much

The position is absolutely great, being very close (walking distance) to the museum and archeological site. The room was comfy enough and there was a spacious parking.

The air conditioning (absolutely needed) was five euros more and we weren't told that at the booking moment. There was no breakfast for us, apparently they served it only to some other kind of guests, even though it was included on the website. The restaurant does not work.

The room was perfect - a huge terrace with a view of the olive grove, a large and comfortable bed. The location is excellent, 500m from the museum and the center. A wonderful place to stay for a few days.

There was not always hot water and a very noisy refrigerator.

pleasant surprise

The accomodation is exactly what you would expect for the money you pay. The Vergina village has to offer more than you would expect. We visited the museum and the surroundings.

the location is not that easy to find even with navigation. I used the GPS coordinates on my car navy but still encountered problems.

Good place for one night stop (accomodation and interesting touristical visit)

We only stayed one night, in transit. We left with a very pleasant impression. Very large room, large bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed :) The guesthouse is located in a quiet area, with fresh air, like in the countryside. It is so nice to hear the birds singing in the morning (at dawn). The guesthouse has a nice terrace and garden. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. We were impressed by the royal tomb and the archaeological remains in the area.

Waze (the traffic app) didn't get us to the right address. We had to ask for indications to the people in the street. But it was not difficult to reach the destination :))

Great experience!

If you are in transit, like we was-to the southern Greece-you should consider to take one day more to visit Vergina. Vergina it's a destination in itself and you won't regret. Our hosts adviced us to vist The Museum of Aigai which is an underground(literally) musem of royal macedonian tombs. Along with this, the good food-there are a lot of taverns with good prices-the excellent conditions of Evridiki House and the good spirit of our hosts, made of an transit stop an unforgetable memory.

No breakfast

I had to pay 5 euros more to have the remote for the air conditioner. In the night a rain stopped the electricity and then,no air,no light, no nothing....!?!?!In the mornig,no apologized, not just a coffee from the house.....!?!?
