Nice hotel in Skopje - I keep coming again to this hotel every time I am in Skopje

Comfortable and clean room, bedsheets, bathroom and pillows. Air condition was working good. TV set with plenty of channels. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff at the reception and at the restaurant. A good value for money. I will keep coming again to this hotel every time I come to Skopje.

I was last year here at the same hotel, pretty much the same room and it was great, but this year… whole different story… I think the hotel is going downhill very fast.

Spa doesn’t work till the stated time. I asked when i checked im about the time, and then confirmed at the reception again over the phone at around 8pm (they told me that the spa works till 10pm), but got kicked out of the spa at 8:15 pm… I tried to talk to the reception(some bald guy) and he told me basically to go f… myself when i asked to talk to the manager. Also he stated that he can’t help me out. The room was cold asf. The air conditioning is very loud, like you can’t even talk in the room without it interfering. Also its very slow at heating up the room. I can’t share videos here, but i wouldve loved to upload one so you can hear for yourself. The TV sucks, its like from 2011/2012 it doesn’t even support a browser. The room was also dirty. aalso there was some kind of alarm at 2am in the morning, i asked the staff what was going on, but even they didn’t know. the alarm went on for around 15 minutes. Also in the morning the staff was very unhelpful, didn’t even try to offer any help. Since ive prepaid the room, they didn’t care. Honestly won’t be coming here, if someone is reading this, the room is not worth it.

Great vacation in the heart of Balkans

The room has exceed my expectations. The location of the hotel was great, next to the national stadium and the park and at only a few minutes from the center. The staff was kind and friendly. The restaurant had very good food. The breakfast was delicious too.

A/C did not work. Shower scalded whenever a toilet was flushed. No coffee in room. Minimal housekeeping. Insufficient drinking water furnished. Staff were rude and ignorant.

Definitely a hotel I will use again when I come back.

My stay was great. Staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast was fabulous. Fresh squeezed OJ is available at a nominal cost. Custom omelet are also available for a nominal cost.I had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very good there too. Portions are very generous. The location was perfect. Close to the center square. The room was nice and spacious.

Location by the river was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the manager was very helpful. Brick restaurant was nice for a quick casual meal. Rooms are a bit bigger.

Rooms were not clean, there were cobwebs with spiders, floor was not clean. No place to put personal toiletries in shower. No A/C in May and it was close to 90 degrees. We left the air running since it was barely working, the maid came in and shut it off and opened the window, so when we came back, the room was full of insects that had flown in the window, as there were no screens. Housekeeping took the dirty towels, and didn't replace them, the bath gel or toilet paper.

Excellent - would recommend.

The hotel is located by the Sports stadium -some 10 mins walk down river to the main square. The Hotel and rooms are well decorated and have excellent facilities. The spa - sauna, steam room, and pool is great to relax after a day out. The staff at the hotel are wonderful - very helpful - nothing is too much trouble and all speak good English. The food and wine / beer is excellent - both breakfast and evening meals. The airport transfers are via top quality cars and drivers and cost 25 euros [not free as stated by booking.com]

The breakfast has a lot of options and the spa was free of access

Most of the reception staff was very impolite and requested to take a photocopy of the entire party's passports, to which we replied that our passports were in our luggage and hard to access, but they wouldn't have it and almost started shouting at us. Upon departure from the hotel, they wouldn't even look at us after we had greeted them. It seemed to us that they hadn't been trained to deliver good customer service whatsoever

I was not happy

The King bed was very comforable

The couch was really dirty. Even if we announced that we are 2 adults and 2 children, there were no beds for the children. They prepared two beds, but they were really uncomfortable. The shower was dirty. For a 4 stars hotel, I expected some slippers or at least a shower mat. There were spider webs in all the corners of the room, chewing gum on the children beds.

First of all we booked this hotel only because the services provided were written here: "Electric vehicle charging station". But when we arrived it turned out that there was no possibility to charg electric car. The hotel looks much newer and more comfortable in the descriptions and photos than it actually is.

Hardly anything… Breakfast was OK-ish…and size of room.

Everything seemed filthy… bathroom had a bad smell… Bed was filled with stains… Air conditioner was so loud you needed to turn it off to sleep… bed for kids wasn’t prepared… neither towels. Definitely not coming back, only in case of emergency.

The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk to the main square.

The rooms did not have wardrobe and hangers, so there was no possibility to hang clothes. The first night and the next morning there was no warm water in the shower, but then the management said that it was a problem in the entire hotel which got sorted out the next day.

The hotel had a good location and the breakfast was tasty, although there was a very limited selection, and it was the same every day.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. Despite requesting specific amenities and accommodations, I was given a room with a worse view than what I had requested, and the bedding arrangements were not as I had asked for(should have 3 single beds and a crib, instead vi have got just 1 double bed!). Even worse, there was no crib available for my child, and I had to wait for 1.5 hours in the middle of the night to get one. When I asked to change rooms for the next day, no one responded to my request. To make matters worse, my friends were pressured to pay for drinks from the minibar that they did not consume(reception let it go in the end). Additionally, the reception phone did not work, and the air conditioning was broken, making my stay very uncomfortable. Despite specifically requesting rooms as close to each other as posible, we were given rooms at the farthest ends of the hotel. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had so far, and I am very dissatisfied with the service provided.

I liked the facilities. The breakfast was great, the spa was also good. The customer service also good once I got there.

The number listed is not the number to call for help. I honestly was confused as I thought I was stating in an apartment. I couldn't even iron. And I had to move rooms because the heating and television didn't work and it took a little while to get me moved which caused me to be a little late. Communication while on the road traveling to the place was awful. They shouldn't list the contact number if they aren't to be contacted at that number. That's frustrating.
