The grounds are very nice. Great location if you do not want to be in the center but just a short ride away. Breakfast was ordered off their menu and options were great.
Check in and check out. We stood at the check in counter and were ignored. There was also another couple behind us waiting to check in. A staff member came said hello and walked away. I went into the restaurant to ask for help and a man (perhaps manager?) asked the staff member who just walked away from us to check us in. They could not find our reservation (two rooms) although I had received a confirmation from booking. Thankfully, there were still rooms available and they were able to accommodate us. Upon checking out, we were given a different price than what our booking confirmation had. Luckily, I am familiar with the denar to euro conversion so I noticed right away. Had it been my other guest paying, they would have not noticed and been overcharged. This was at no fault of the woman checking us out as I believe the man who checked us in made a new reservation for us at whatever price their system gave him and not our Booking price.
