A wonderful place to enjoy Garda

The apartment is located on a hillside overlooking Riva del Garda, 5-minute walk from the entrance to the Cascata Varone park (highly recommended for the visit). We were provided with a parking space (8 euro per night), which also included the access to the garage close to the centre of Riva. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and offers a magnificent view from the balcony. It is also very quiet, the only sounds you can hear are birds singing. The location is perfect for exploring the area by car (other towns around the lake, lake Tenno, cable car in Malcesine). The person who welcomed us was very helpful and gave us some good advice about the area (and grazie for the goodbye-bottle of Spumante:))). All in all, the place is perfect, we absolutely recommend it and would gladly come back again.

If there was an air conditioner in the bedroom, the rating would be 12 out of 10:)) (we visited in the hottest season, otherwise I guess it is quite ok). Anyway, everything was great, thank you!

Great location, friendly staff, extra beds really uncomfortable and no aircon

The staff ( can't remember the name of the Mister who received us) was really kind and helpful. He even gave us some ice cream!!!

I think the hotel has a great potential but lacks maintenance. The additional bed were really uncomfortablle.

The pool was very nice it was clean and big

The furniture was old, poor quality and uncomfortable also rooms have no air conditioning. Lack of electric sockets. One bedroom had no sockets at all. No WiFi !!! Balcony view was good, however in the mornings you could hear sounds from nearby industrial area.

Nice spot for families.

Good location even though a bit far from the lake and most other attractions of Riva del Garda (on contrary the waterfall and cave are just 200m away). Nice view from rooms and terraces. Bike or car is rather a must if you want to move around - on foot it takes much time to get to the city center. Very friendly host and nice swimming pool.

WIFI did not work, actually it was not there at all. If you want to spend time on your terrace, keep in mind your neighbors will be there with you.

Entspannung und Sport, man kommt voll auf seine Kosten.

Die Lage in Varone ist ein Traum! Etwas höher gelegen als Riva del Garda, hat man so einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt und den See. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ganz entspannt in ca. 10 min. am See oder im Zentrum. Der Fahrradweg ist auch nahe der Unterkunft. Besonders möchte ich den liebenswerten Gastgeber Fiorenzo hervorheben! Man fühlt sich sofort bei Ihm wohl und willkommen! Er kümmert sich um alles und man hat das Gefühl bei Ihm in guten Händen zu sein! Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

Location tranquilla immersa nel verde ,vista lago spettacolare Appartamento funzionale ,pulito,garage coperto . Zona barbecue e piscine . Nelle vicinanze ci sono la fermata dell’autobus,un ristorante pizzeria e ,il parco Grota Cascata di Varone Titolare accogliente ,molto gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni e suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare per sfruttare a pieno il soggiorno

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer gepflegten Außenanlage. Sauberer neuer Pool.

Die Lage ist etwas weit entfernt von der Innenstadt und vom Gardasee. Zu Fuß braucht man knapp eine Stunde, sodass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de notre hôte qui, entre parenthèses, parlait très bien le français. Tous ses petits conseils judicieux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont été un réel atout. Un vrai passionné de sa région qui aime à la faire connaître. Merci beaucoup Monsieur.

Cała nasza rodzinka jest bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym pięknym miejscu. Serdecznie polecam.

Pobyt w tym uroczym włoskim obiekcie był prawdziwą przyjemnością – z tarasu roztaczał się zapierający dech w piersiach widok, dzieci spędzały całe dnie na radosnej zabawie w basenie, a całość otoczona była bujnym ogrodem pełnym kolorowych, pachnących kwiatów, tworzącym magiczną atmosferę spokoju i relaksu.

Super pobyt i bardzo udane wakacje

Pięknie położony apartament z cudownym widokiem z tarasu. Czysty, zawierający wszelkie niezbędne przybory kuchenne. Bardzo miły i dbający o wszystko właściciel. Wykupiony parking - położony był w chłodnym garażu, dodatkowo parking w centrum (podziemny i również chłodny), który przydawał się podczas zwiedzania miasta, czy plażowania. Ciepły i czysty basen wśród pięknych widoków na góry, szumu pobliskiego wodospadu i śpiewu ptaków. Zadbany obiekt pełen kwitnących, pachnących kwiatów. Dobre miejsce wypadowe, duża ilość miejsc do zwiedzenia dookoła. Polecam

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Apartment mit Seeblick war voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders schön: die Lage – perfekt für Radtouren, da alle Strecken schnell erreichbar waren. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war ein absoluter Traum! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
