It is a perfect place for ski vacations (we were here around Christmas). Ski lift just 5-10 mins walk. The room is modern, with heated floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel organised lots of activities for the kids (incl.fire show, roddeln, magic show, indoor climbing etc) Food was delicious and nicely served (for the dinner you have an assigned table for the whole stay). For half board guests there is a free Kaffee und Kuchen session between 15:30-16:30. There are kids playrooms (for younger kids and teens) Very nice SPA zone with multiple types of saunas and Aufguss sessions

The room was planned the way that there is no door between bathroom and the room - would be good to have it as well as a place for drying clothes. The sound insulation is not as expected: one could hear next room neighbours talking and walking - one night couldnt sleep because of that till midnight.

Disappointing stay – very poor value for money

Location is good and play area for kids within hotel.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and it was nowhere near worth the price we paid (around 600 EUR per night). The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but in reality it feels much closer to a 3-star hotel. While the rooms are reasonably spacious, the overall look and feel are outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely low quality – something you would expect in a budget hotel, not at this price point. The kitchen was missing basic utensils, and the ones that were provided were far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It’s a shame to provide that in hotel facility. Breakfast quality was acceptable, but the selection was very limited. The dinner package was average at best and not worth the price. A major issue was inconsistent pricing as well: the dinner package was advertised on Booking.com at 35 EUR per person, but at check-in we were told it would cost 60 EUR per person. Different pricing for kids till certain age plus uncosistent pricing across sales channels. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression. Overall, the hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Summary: Overpriced, outdated, uncomfortable beds, inconsistent pricing, not worth it.

Family stay in hotel Samerhof

Fantastic location and staff. Hotel is completely renovated to very high standard. Loads for kids to do. Good quality food and varied everyday. Making picnic lunch at breakfast is brilliant idea. Highly recommend for families. The area has loads available to do..kids loved the taboggan and free trips on the gondalas. The Samerhof lake is spectacular..a little slice of heaven. Special mention to the lovely lady working at the lake cafe. She told us about the lake and area and made us feel so welcome. We only wish we had more time there.

Swimming pool is more like cold jacuzzi, very small and not very convenient. We booked the place to have a full spa typo if experience, so should be explained on website and on booking that it is not a pool at all.

Krásný hotel kousek od lanovky, Oddělená dospělá a dětská část wellness.

Krásný hotel v alpském stylu, příjemné wellness, saunové rituály každou hodinu. Wellness rozdělené na dětskou a dospělou část. Několik set metrů od stanice lanovky, ale v ceně je skidepot u lanovky. Kryté parkoviště, místo dedikované k pokoji. Dobrá gastronomie. Dětská herna.

Je to hotel určený pro rodiny s dětmi se všemi negativy a pozitivy, které se k tomu váží.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das sehr gute Frühstück war zu unserer vollensten Zufriedenheit. zum Mittagssanck können wir keine Angabrm machen, diesen haben wir nicht genutzt. Das 5 Gänge Abendessen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, es war bestens zubereitet und die Auswahl der Gerichte hat uns auch überzeugt,.

Das bei All in, zum Abendessen der Kaffee nicht dabei war.

Habe im Hotel Samerhof kurzfristig für 2 Nächte gebucht und der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Personal sehr freundlich, Essen sehr gut und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind überdacht.

Bellissimo hotel molto curato, pulito e moderno. Con i bambini siamo stati benissimo, staff gentile, tantissime attività sempre a disposizione, camera molto confortevole. La colazione e i pasti in generale (molto apprezzato l'all inclusive) ottimi. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff e torneremo sicuramente!
