The location of as fantastic

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel rooms did not meet expectations.I was surprised the sheets did not seem to be changed, only the bed was fixed while cleaning, the room was full with dust at all times, which was uncomfortable. The swimming pool was also quite dirty. Cleanliness is very important, and this was a major downside of our stay. The staff didn’t look happy at all, there were few people who went that extra mile to satisfy our needs. Overall our stay wasn’t as expected. Generally when you pay nigh price you expect high quality service. We definitely did not get this. Otherwise the location was fantastic.

The one thing that really stood out for me, was the excellent service by the staff. They were very friendly and always helpful.

The room itself was fabulous, the only thing i hated was the matress. For me it was way too hard.

Welcome home!

Everything was great, really, we were happy and impressed by everything: food, decor, staff, extra activities the offer, location, the list goes on. We truly felt like at home or even better and could not recommend this place enough, will definitely stay in a Falkensteiner chain again.

There were quite a few ants in the outside pool/grass area, which was annoying, however not the hotel’s fault / just something to keep in mind before going to lounge by the pool, to maybe put some repellent on.

Main dinner course could have a bit better options regarding this is ski hotel and portions are rather very small and after skiing it does not fit.
