Wonderful vacation

I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance.

Maybe the fact that there were not that many shelves in the wardrobe and not much space for the robe and towels to dry.

Outstanding Hotel

All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.

From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome by all the staff we met. The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice for each course and served very professionally. The room was modern and clean and the pools (indoor and outdoor) were very much appreciated on a hot day. Being served a glass of something cold whilst sitting in the hot tub is something that will always be remembered!

Exceptional stay in the amazing hotel

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. The staff are super friendly, especially the Croatian crew. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is really nice, it has a lot of facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, gym) so it is never boring. Food was delicious. The details like free mini bar, possibility of a late check out, tea time, water for traveling was what really made our stay exceptional. We will for sure be back.

As I sad, everything was amazing but just 2 things: - It would be great to have a bigger gym, it looked bigger on the photos but actually is very small and gets crowded very quickly. - Breakfast was very nice but we noticed that a lot of things were not refilled and more options like pancakes, salads or toasts/sandwiches would be better.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with a nice view of the mountains. There are a lot of possibilities for sports activities in the surrounding area. In case of bad weather, you can enjoy the beautiful spa possibilities of this hotel. And finally, the dining and service- excellent!

Wide variety of breakfast. Dairy products, cold meats, salami, cheeses, hot and cold drinks, vegetables, fruits, sweets, scrambled eggs are also available on request. Varied 5-course dinner. The spa meets all your needs!

Optimal ski hotel at the Nassfeld.

The best location in the entire ski resort in terms of ski-in-and-out. Spa&pool area is outstanding, in particular the outdoor pools. Quality of food is high quality cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general.

Although the hotel confirmed in advance that the will inform the chef about our dietary restrictions (gluten-free), our needs were more or less ignored. In most cases there was only one gluten-free option available with no attempts to make more options available. The waiters in the bar area completely ignored some of the guests. We spent some hours there without having been asked once by a waiter.

Manager of hotel has a lack of soft skills. Our first contact was in the restaurant, where he gave us a “lecture” about how we should be dressed. It would be all ok, if there is really somewhere dress code in written. But there isn’t any…I just want to add that we were dressed in jeans and hooded sweatshirt and that we were on vacation, not on business trip…It was the only bad experience…

Lift - one lift in the main areas and when hotel is busy too much waiting time. Also i think the WU bar should remain open until 7.30pm since it is an apres ski bar.

Very creative menu and deliciously prepared food of different choices. Well done! Staff very kind and Special thanks to Ms. Patrizia and Mr. Helmut - both very professional and making extra mile for the guest's well-being! Great facilities such as spa / sauna, swimming pools (in/outdoor), lobby bar, etc. Parking in front of the hotel, or in nearby garage! All is well organized.

Perfect winter vacation

Great staff, allowed us to change and shower after the skiing even though we already checked out. Hotel is on the ski track, and they have great locker rooms where you can leave your ski boots to dry off. Spa after the cold day is great, especially hot tube outside. Great breakfast and dinner, nice lobby bar with excellent cocktails (strawberry mojito is one of the best I tried) and fun games like table football or pool table, just pure enjoyment

A fairytale-like experience.

Staff was very friendly, the spa area was amazing, the location is perfect - right next to the slopes, lots of delicious breakfast options, the hotel bar had a variety of liquor and a very friendly barman. My partner celebrated his birthday on this trip and they surprised us with complimentary champagne at dinner.

I didn’t like the pillows, they weren’t firm enough for my liking.
