Cozy winter holiday

Everything was great, large number of saunas, room was spacious and really nice, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and especially the food, dinner is of high quality and breakfast has plenty of options for everyone. Staff was really friendly, kind and helpful. You can use sauna and pool for free on the day of checkout for entire day

Excellent, wonderfull breakfast, we are going here again!

Breakfast was excellent, many choices of food. Stuff was very friendly, room was so clean, very big and comfort room. Near ski resort Nassfeld. Pool and sauna excellent.

Good place, big wellness.

The breakfast is good as usual in Austria, you can choose whatever you want to eat. And the dinner is tasty and abundant. The wellness is big and have everything you need.

I asked two times via booking to give separate bed because we are not a couple, they answer for the second time they do the best. Its ok if they didnt have but they called us everywhere familie... Please take care of what the guest write to you.

The hotel had a Polish group that were acting as being on high school vacation (drinking, shouting, making noise). Maybe someone should tell to the groups that its not their private stay

lijepo provedeni ski vikend uz kvalitetan sadržaj u hotelu.

Hrana je bila ukusna, ponuda za doručak jako dobra, večera od predjela do deserta vrlo ukusna. Posluga u restoranu i na recepciji je bila jako ljubazna. Soba vrlo čista, svježeg mirisa, udoban krevet. Bazen i područje oko bazena također čisti. Skijalište Nassfeld na oko 15 min vožnje od objekta.

Mala zamjerka što neki konobari nisu znali komunicirati na engleskom te velika gužva u sauni.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einer tollen Saunalandschaft und einem großzügigen Pool. Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz und sind ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Frühstück große Auswahl und das Personal sehr engagiert. Wellnessbereich klein aber sehr sauber und ausreichend. Abendessen sehr lecker. Zimmer neu eingerichtet und alles auf Top Zustand.

Es war ein schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zum See

Der Pool war schon sehr früh geöffnet was uns gefallen hat, weil es oft nicht so ist. Zudem haben wir ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen als wir angekommen sind wovon wir wirklich überrascht waren, von Classic ohne Balkon zu Komfort mit Balkon.

Leider kein Spiegel im Zimmer, als Mann bestimmt egal aber als Frau schon gut.

Stanze ben curate Spa molto carina con tante tipologie di saune Da tornarci sicuramente anche per la vicinanza con luoghi di interesse La possibilità di usufruire della sauna e piscina anche dopo il check out…presenti docce e armadietti (ricordarsi di portare 1€ per la serratura) I pasti erano molto buoni, la colazione varia e la cena con 5 portate con giusta quantità

Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch, das Bett war genauso gut wie zu Hause, der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, das Essen wirklich lecker und schön angerichtet und das gesamte Personal einfach nur herzlich und immer flott (egal ob bei Fragen, bei der Bedienung, o.ä.). Auch die Massagen und Saunen sind einfach toll! Ich habe sogar um zwei Nächte verlängert und komme ganz sicher wieder.

Ich verstehe keine negative Rezension und habe nichts zu bemängeln. :-)

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut, auch das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht auch auf individual Wünsche einzugehen.

Man könnte vielleicht die Gäste beim Abendessen hinweisen dass man nicht mit dem Bademantel zum Abendessen geht und störend und vielleicht reicht ein Hinweis das Kinder ihre Videospiele mit Kopfhörer am Tisch benutzen sollten.
