Hotel zapewnił bardzo wysoką jakość posiłków a także jej dużą różnorodność. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i przyjazna. Skorzystałabym z hotelu także nie podróżując z dzieckiem ze względu na jego jakość pobytu.

Sve a naročito preljubazno osoblje. Dugo, dugo nisam sreo tako ljubazno i dobro organizirano osoblje. Toliko se trude da gostu udvolje da je neopisivo dobar osjećaj bilo biti gost. Unuk mi se ozljedio na skijanju ali je osoblje hotela i tu pokazalo svoju ljubaznost pa je i ozljeda lakše prošla.

Preis war super für die Leistungen was wir bekamen war halt nicht der normale Preis war Übergangsaison. Niro Pool war super und auch alle Möglichkeiten und Angebote. Sauna mit Bildschirm im Kleinkinderbereich super aber nur einmal eingeschaltet, Essen super tolles Angebot. Indoor Spielplätze perfekt viel Spielmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliche Kinderbetreuung. Sehr großes BAD, und viele Handtücher auch die Gestaltung mit den Handtüchern war sehr schön und Kunstvoll. Großer Balkon und wir bekamen zum gleichen Preis ein größeres Familienzimmer.
Lage ist halt Berghang Sonne wenige Stunden, Doppelbett war keine gute Matratze Kinderbett war besser und der Raum hatte Geruch bei Ankunft. Ein guter Dufter würde helfen. Wlan hatte keine gute Verbindung, Wasser in der Halle roch am Anfang sehr nach Clor, nach verlassen der Halle hatte ich keinen Geruch mehr. Ab dem zweiten Tag war besser. Einige Dinge was uns die Rezeptionistin angeboten hat war nicht immer so wie ausgesprochen aber ich dachte das dies auf die Nebensaison zutrifft.
