Excellent short ski trip
Very frinedly staff, excellent location for Zoncolan ski area, the cable car is literally a 2 min walk from the hotel. The room had a thermostat, so we could adjust the heating according to our needs. Heated ski room with plenty of space.

Awful
Location is amazing, right next to the cable car! Room itself was nice and cosy.
Two reasons why we chose this one - spa and half board. Spa is horrible - cold pool water, jacuzzi was so cold you were not able to stay in it for long. The showers had little snails in? Disgusting. The turkish sauna was dripping cold water from the ceiling. The finish sauna was unable to close the class door fully so steam was escaping. It was not hot! It was midly warm, and you were able to stay in for an hour. Food. Dinner was ok, but nothing special at all. Deserts were not good - the same deserts served for dinner was for breakfast - not good anymore (wasn’t really good in the evening either). Servers were too pushy! Seemed like they were trained to watch if you need anything and clean you table mid-meal, if you had too much on, but it just ended up annoying as they were watching you all the time and moving plates on the table while you eat (eg. moving the salt, like why?). Coffee at breakfast was the worst! Like so bad I wasn’t able to finish it and we ended going to another tavern closeby. So many good taverns around, so I would recommend you get not getting food here at the hotel. Also, one server wanted to sell extra cocktails after dinner so bad he literally ran after us when we left to catch us at the elevator to tell us to get it. For over 300eur a night, this should not happen. I regret booking this place.

Great place and amazing food.
The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The SPA is also nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. They also gave us a crib for the baby that worked out perfectly.
The decor of the room was not great, a little basic.

Met expectations
Very quiet place. A small cozy hotel at the foot of the mountains with a SPA, a large spacious room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast, coffee. It is also possible to order dinner in advance.
Since the hotel is pet-friendly, the smell of pets was very strong in the elevator.

The hotel is good, but could be better for the quality-price match
In overall the hotel is good, but could be better for the quality-price match. The hotel has a SPA and the ski resort very close by. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, there are a few options for the restaurants. Also, a small supermarket is close to the hotel.
The hotel has quite old rooms including bathroom, that should be renovated in order to meet the 4* standards. The SPA area could be a bit bigger in order to accommodate hotel guests during the peak hours. Also, the SPA area could be cleaned more regularly, and not only in the beginning of the day. If you seek for any other activities except skiing, there is not much to do in the area.

Great base for sight seeing and walking in the area
We went as a family of 6 for a few days walking in the mountains. The area was great for us as there were lots of medium walks for us to do, the town was nearby as was the cable car! There was a pool and spa in the hotel which was very good and useful as the weather was not as kind as it could have been! Breakfast was good, a large selection on the buffet. We only ate in once, but that was very nice. There are plenty of other places to eat around. Staff were helpful with information on the area and what to do and see.
