Superb

Neat small family hotel in lovely Sutrio. Breakfast had everything we needed and even offered ready sandwitches to take, this was helpful for the daily trip. Wellness was not included but was very romantic and all new. Offered great refreshments. We could store our bikes safely in garage and even could use it for couple more hours afrter check-out.

We really liked the place, the room was comfortable and clean. The sauna was extraordinary, but keep in mind you have to make a reservation and pay extra, as they only rent in for 2 people for 2 hours a a time. The breakfast was really nice, we also liked the dinner at the Osteria. We will return in the future.

Gorgeous place, spacious rooms, clean and tidy . Modern but warm. Great food, kind host ready to assist with ski tickets and other demands. Spa is well designed and clean, romantic and private; you dont want to miss it. We will come back again.

I was quite sad that we had chosen this as the location for my birthday, can’t recommend.

the area where the hotel is located is a nice quiet village and there are cute restaurants nearby. the breakfast was really delicious.

the staff was grumpy at best and really not welcoming. not all information was on booking.com and we did not check their website for the additional info. we actually meant to go there for my birthday for a spa day and paid quite a lot for a plain double room to just then and there find out that you can’t really just access the spa facilities unless you reserved them way in advance. on my birthday everything was fully booked already cause other people apparently had been smart enough to check the website and not just rely on booking. other than that the room was clean but really overpriced. unfortunately the staff was not really that friendly and while breakfast was really delicious, the atmosphere in the breakfast room was really tense in the morning. there are also two parts of the building and we were on the old part which is not so pretty, I would watch out for the photos because it’s a bit confusing as they mostly show the fancier new part on the photos

A wunderfaul place up in the mountains and the Osteria with it's hotel and restaurant are just a fantastic place. The room was comfortable, the restaurant, with it's local food, was really good, and not to forget the warm welcome and relation with the owners, Maria and Enzo. A must for travelers visiting the beautiful region.

Disappointing, after a previously enjoyable stay only a few weeks ago.

New room, beautifully designed, with lovely view from generous balcony. No aircon, but Dyson fan does a good job. Excellent food at dinner, reasonably priced.

Main host is taciturn, verging on rude. Chaotic and slow service at dinner, with relatively few covers. Meagre breakfast, with minimal amounts put out on display.

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The standard room looks nothing like the deluxe rooms in a separate building – a difference not being clearly stated here on Booking (to be fair, though, the distinction is communicated very clearly on the business’s own website). But the major issue is a noise. The standard rooms are located just across the ristorante, and when it happens to be quite the neighbours may decide to spend the hot evening outside the house to have a friendly chat well into the night. As it wasn’t enough, bells from a nearby church ring as early as 5 am!

Lovely very big and modern room in newly built block close to the restaurant. Superb bathroom and shower, Dyson fan, fridge, balcony. Very pretty village right on the Zoncolan mountain, with plenty of walking and cycling options. We will return!

There is no fridge in the rooms, also there's no kettle to make some tea. I would recommend adding some equipment - for this price you expect some more

The ground floor room is like sleeping in a garage. It’s dark and have no soul. The parking was very crowded in the evening by camionnette whom i think were not costumer.

No ski room to place our ski boots and skies overnight. While it is at the starting point of Monte Zoncolan ski resort our purpose of travel was skiing.

2 days of relaxing in a little and cute “Carnia” alps town

I liked the experience: the structure is very nice and it is a restoration of an old typical house of the place with a very comfortable SPA of excellent design.

Book spa well in advance if you plan on going. Best to call beforehand because nobody answers emails. Dinner was average at best. For a hotel that accomodates skiing clientele, breakfast shoud be served from 7AM.

Superb

The valley of Monte Zoncolan is pure magic. All the food that we tried in the Osteria was simply delicious (traditional local dishes for dinner and breakfast of our selection). Make sure to book your table for the evening!

At night, we could hear different kinds of noise in our room - from the guests in the next room, strange sound of water splashing from the roof (it wasn't raining?), and the front yard of the restaurant was a bit noisy till the late hours.

The room and bed was super new and 'modern Alpine". Beautiful use of space. Bed very comfy. Towels and the sauna bath robes were the best!!! The sauna rooms were private. Large , and included hot tub, sauna and steam room, plus shower and toilet. Free access to hot water kettle, tea, fresh water and a very nice fruit plate. Also..there was a nice refreshing balcony to relax on,with some pretty views of the village. The price was very reasonable for 2 hours!!! The hotel restaurant ,I believe, is already well known... Fantastic!!!! Lunch, dinner and breakfast were So PERFECT.

New room was just gorgeous but we could not adjust our room temperature. We were just enough too warm to sleep well. Also when one of us showered ,the entire room steamed up,and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not powerful enough. The wifi connection ,despite a password, was poor. Also could use a hook for bathrobes...

Had a room in the old building, which was fine but not sound proof at all. In addition, church bells ring at regular intervals during the night. Light sleepers bring ear plugs.
