Accomodation was overall nice, with big parkingspace.

Coking pans were worn out. Coking utensils were plastic. I asked if there is bicycle storage beforehand, answer was yes, but actually it was in hotel about 1km away, We had to find space for bicycles in corridor.

Gateway to the mountains

I stayed at here and found it to be remarkably clean and well-maintained. The view from the property was truly breathtaking, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The comfort level was exceptional, making it a perfect choice for a quick pit stop night. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at the residence.

The only slight drawback was the limited nearby activities, yet the residence serves as an excellent gateway to immerse oneself in nature. Despite the lack of immediate entertainment options, the opportunity to connect with the natural surroundings made the stay truly refreshing.

Good price, big apartment, modern renovation. Really beautiful part of Italy to explore away for the chaos of the major tourist areas .

Needs a shower screen, as the bathroom floods with just the curtain. Strong smell of cigarette smoke through the whole place. Had to have all windows open any time we were in the apartment. There is a no smoking sign on the door, but clearly this has not dissuaded some previous guests. We arrived home one afternoon to find a new bookcase in the lounge room. Definitely takes away the feeling the apartment is private/secure. I would understand if it was dropped off while doing general housekeeping, but nothing had been cleaned/tidied so this was not the case. Better if they left it until after we had checked out.

One of the best mountain-holidays ever

In fact, everything is almost perfect here: a large and equipped apartment, amazing and peaceful surroundings, unforgettable views, parking right at the door. It will be appreciated by someone who likes to have a lot of space in the center of nature.

The only trouble was the very weak wifi signal (ground floor) and the lack of protection against water spilling from the shower. The host promised to do something about the wifi.

The area and the accommodation are amazing! Roosters are accurate!

The surroundings and the accommodation are wonderful, but it should not be overlooked that the rooms of the 2nd floor apartments are on 2 floors and the living rooms and the bathroom together with the toilet can only be accessed after climbing the stairs!!!

Dear Host! The accommodation is very nice, but the fact that the bedrooms of the above apartments and the bathroom with the toilet can only be reached by stairs is spectacularly hidden. This was a bit much for us, as we asked for the first floor, but we only got accommodation on the second floor. A total of 45 steps to the bedroom. This is too much for an old or sick person. PLEASE SHOW THE STAIRS IN THE LIVING ROOM OF THE 2ND FLOOR APARTMENTS!!!!!

Exceptional

unfortunately we had the opportunity to spend only one night at the Residence Samont. The apartment was comfortable and spotless clean, the view from the rooms and terrace was breathtaking. We were in 4 and each of us would love to go there again

Excellent apartment in a nicely renovated building, a five minutes drive from the main hotel if any facilities are required. Very quiet location.

There was no lift in the building, which might be an issue for someone. An information pack in the flat with facilities and other useful instructions was missing. Some basic food items would have been appreciated (tea/coffee/milk, salt and pepper etc.)

Eine Perle in Arta Therme

Die ruhige Lage mit Aussicht auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse, die wir alleine nutzen konnten. Die sehr gute Ausstattung von Küche und Bad. Die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Das Haus strahlt Geschichte aus und ist stilgerecht renoviert. Sicherer Parkplatz für unsere Guzzi. Und noch ein ausgesprochenes Lob an das Housekeeping und vor allem an die deutsch sprechende Dame. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.
