Paola is a hidden gem of Italian tourism.
She is incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. She recommended great places to eat and gave us useful advice about where to go. Her hospitality truly made our stay special.
The hotel is small, family-run and very pleasant. Although it is often fully booked, everything runs smoothly. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are renovated, and everything was cleaned daily, including perfectly maintained toilets. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
The price is very fair and reasonable, but what matters most is the genuine kindness we experienced in this small Italian town.

Everything was excellent. The owner met us upon arrival and showed the room. We stayed for the supper and enjoyed a breakfast included in the price. It was a very good place for our one night stay but we expect that we would like the place also for a longer duration.

Paola, the Hotel owner, suggested walks & venues in the Greater Arta Terme area. She was knowledgeable & spot-on with her suggestions.
Only the towels. They were scratchy. Evidently they use a cleaning service which does not use fabric softener. It was the only negative in a wonderful stay.

Wonderful small family-owned guest house. Clean, comfortable, helpful, friendly staff, all in a charming village just north of Tolmezzo! Nice outside garden. Wonderful meals.
