1st visit 3 months ago was amazing hence why we booked a repeat visit, however 2nd visit was horrible. Room had no window and hence no fresh air , beds well , the bath would have been more comfortable. The mattresses were very uneven and have no support whatsoever. Whatever they had under the mattress protector was half way off and hanging on the floor. One pillow per bed that were the worst pillows Ive ever slept with. Breakfast was a joke , not enough food and def not enough staff to deal with the infux of people for breakfast. No salt , pepper or sauces for the food. Coffee machine was broken. Our visit was not a happy one

Long queue on arrival. Understaffed Room was dusty and missing a bath plug. Breakfast was understaffed, missing half the items and therefore expensive for what it was. Swimming pool was a chargeable extra. But disappointing overall

We only stayed the one night, it is a golf hotel really that caters for weddings and when there is a wedding it takes over, there was noise from residents until 3.30 am next to our room and no phone in the room to phone down, dinner should have been in the restaurant but was served in the bar instead which was very noisy and the bar staff very slow, if your a golfer or need a wedding it’s perfect but anything else don’t bother
