    I was pleased with my room, which was clean, modern and had everything you needed. However, there is no lift, so it was a struggle getting my case up the stairs. Also the corridor and access area were very tired and shabby. Breakfast the next morning was a nightmare, as only one drinks machine working and every room full of guests, so long queues and just not good enough. Food offering ok but eggs swimming in grease, so not very appealing. I cancelled breakfast the next day and would highly recommend Pinkmead Bistro & Tearooms instead. I didn't use the leisure facilities so can't comment. Overall I was slightly disappointed as based on photo's and reviews I expected abit more luxury and better quality breakfast.
