Great stop after arriving in Portsmouth before driving north the next day.

Easy access from motorway and very dog friendly. Staff were fantastic, room clean and comfortable.

Comfortable place for a short 'stop over'

Very modern & clean. The personnel were warm, friendly and very attentive. Good breakfast, highly recommend this venue for a short stop over. We were visiting family & friends

Limited storage space in the bedroom, ie: for clothes which required hanging up. Coats, dressy trousers, shirts etc. We did manage, because we only stayed for a short stay.

Pleasant stay

Firstly the staff were really helpful, kind and pleasant. The rooms were appropriately sized, enough space and storage. The beds were comfortable and perfect for us after a long day

The floors were a bit dirty and could’ve benefitted from being hoovered. Some of the breakfast could’ve been hotter, but all in all breakfast was nice and comforting.

Good value hotel but attention needed to damp and various H&S issues

Great breakfast, not too busy and all staff were lovely and friendly. Good charging and plug sockets in the room.

Location of our room. Had to walk through a freezing hallway at bottom of stairwell to access our corridor. Smell in our room was horrid, very damp and stale musty smell. We had driven a long way and just needed to get to bed. The strip light above our bed made very annoying clicks all night, reported to Reception in morning as clearly not safe and hopefully it was checked by electrician. Shower curtain was too narrow for the gap and 1st person to shower made bathroom floor very wet, the shower was also incredibly slippy and I fell when taking my shower.

Repetitive clunking noise which kept us awake from 04:44am - heating or air conditioning? Sounded more internal to the building though… will bring noise cancelling headphones next time. New £7 car parking charges on top of room cost.

great breakfast did not want for anything room was great and plenty pf space mobility scooter fitted in perfect staff were really helpful could not put a foot wrong well trained and so friendly

single beds could have been wider fell from bed in night lucky was not hurt also very hard to find google maps took us around industrial site before getting to hotel used disabled room as on crutches and mobility scooter but did not complain as staff were so nice

Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Ample parking, with clear signage that fees applied and simple to use machine to pay. Friendly, helpful reception staff executed an efficient check in, also confirming that we were aware of the parking charge. Very pleasant room, we did have unexpected, but very welcome upgrade. Well equipped room and welcome card offered an excellent service for any bits and pieces we may have needed. Bar and restaurant areas were very clean, attention to detail was great.

Unfortunately due to the positioning of the heating system in the bedroom, the bathroom was very cold as there was no separate heat source in there. Maybe a heated towel rail would help? Banging noises, possibly from the heating pipes through the ceiling did disturb our nights sleep though.

Excellent value for money. Extremely well organised, room absolutely fine for one night. Roomy, all you need. Wouldn't want to stay long-term but very happy with a one night stay. Bathroom a bit tired but again fine for an overnight stay.

I had wrong booking I should have booked Holiday Inn East near to airport. that caused too much problem I asked staff if it is possible to switch if they have available room. She said no, I did not make my target of travel any way but apart of that everything was good.

Easy access , ample parking , good location for local superstores and very local range of takeaways. Excellent WiFi during our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly

The car parking for hotel used to be free to guests, now still a fair price but that it is chargeable is not particularly obvious on the web site
