Perfect for what we needed

Friendly, accommodating staff. Check in and out was simple and easy. The room was relatively comfortable and clean and the location was perfect what we needed personally. We appreciated the tea and coffee provided to us in the rooms.

Pillows were a little bit flatter than expected and the shower could have stronger pressure but nothing major other than that!

Can only say it was convenient as we were going on a cruise and it had parking.

Felt a bit jail like through the metal gate (but it did feel safe) through another door before getting to our room. Noisy not much soundproofing.

There was no breakfast

We arrived to find that a 40th birthday party had been booked in the room below us and the (very loud) music and karaoke didn't finish until 12 midnight and the subsequent emptying of the venue and clearing up went beyond 1pm. If we had known this before we arrived we would have booked elsewhere - why were we not told?
