The house we stayed in was a great size and very quiet and secluded. The staff were engaging and very good plus we made use of the restaurant which was excellent.
The pool (indoor) was v small and had no guard if anything went wrong. The front bedroom had a light outside which shone into the room, which was not ideal.

Two bedroom Villa is nice, well equipped and spacious
I usually do not write bad reviews, but this experience was not nice. On arrival car chargers were down, I chose it partially so I could charge on arrival. Called front desk, no assistance or help. The argument used was that the chargers are serviced by an external company. The wifi in the room is quite poor so streaming the olympics was not possible. The restaurant is nothing you’d expect in a 4 star hotel. When at the restaurant we asked for early breakfast as we had early entrance tickets for Disney. This was out of the question. Breakfast started at a stunning 8.30 and not a minute sooner. Stayed at hundreds of hotels, but this was a first. After complaining the manager on duty called to explain that this was my own fault, as I could have booked the room without breakfast and as I had booked this through a 3d party (that’s you Booking.com) they could not offer any solution. No refund (70 euros) or a couple of croissants in a bag to go. The unwillingness to be of any service was a recurring theme.

A great location for Disney Paris. Good facilities, we have stayed twice before.
On arrival our room smelled like a public toilet, it was so bad we had to go out whilst they tried to rectify the problem. Reception sent a cleaner in who sprayed air freshener, of course this did not solve the problem! As we arrived back late we were forced to sleep in the stench. The following morning we went back to complain, an engineer went in again with no improvement and left toilet water all over the wc floor! I showed the maintenance manager who clearly realised this smell was absolutely disgusting. We had to move villa at 1pm so basically we wasted another load of time. When I spoke to Marriott’s customer service they would not refund the first nights stay, it cost over £350 a night. I find this totally unacceptable and will not be staying in another Marriott again.

All the place is amazing... the breakfast super good, the piscine and all the things were great! We love it!

The complex in its entirety was very pleasant and visually pleasing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Valentin (I believe his name was), breakfast was great with a good selection of food (pastries were particularly tasty), the complex has its own bakery, hairdressers, general shop and more. I can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it, but the room was nice, spacious and cosy. It was very cold during our stay but thankfully the room had very good temperature controls so was nice and toasty.
I struggled with the pillow, I found it to be too thick and firm, maybe they have alternates but I still managed to sleep well regardless.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France. The property stands out for its beautiful architecture, both inside and out. The design feels thoughtful and cozy, which made the whole atmosphere calm and inviting. We stayed in one of the villas, and the space was impressive. The layout was comfortable, and it gave our family plenty of room to relax.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added a warm and welcoming touch. We also appreciated the shuttle service to Disneyland. It was always on time and very convenient, making the trip back and forth smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the experience was memorable, and we would gladly return.
The breakfast is good, but it could be better.

near disney land was a plus! & the natural beauty of the property
when i request some service like tea in my villa they say come get it because there’s no one to bring it up to you… i know it’s a villa type of property but marriott’s is a big name we should get a hotel experience even in a villa style.

Spacious villas, nice terrain and pool
It felt like there weren’t a lot of people… at top high season. On the one end that is great so it was easy to use all services on the other hand it felt a bit weird. That is probably due to everyone being in the theme park and Paris.

1) Only 10 min ride to Disney by hotel shuttle
2) spacious villa and facilities very complete
3) our villa is by the golf club with abundant greens and also next to the resort garden with lake, fountain, ducks… my girl loves it
4) resort also only 10 min walk to the town center where we can shop in carrefour for daily needs and good baguette 🥖
5) resort also has a small supermarket run until midnight (at least our experience) where we can stock up
6) reception counter staff is patient and helpful in explaining
1) the filter coffee maker is very difficult to operate. It will be nice if Nespresso is available

Everything except the receptionist
Dear [Hotel Name] Management,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your resort while trying to finalize a booking for a villa for six adults and two children (ages 4 and 9).
While I understand and respect your accommodation policies, I was surprised to learn that you required us to book a separate apartment just for the two children, which initially seemed unreasonable. In response, I considered booking a nearby hotel instead for part of our group.
However, what was truly upsetting was the behavior of your receptionist during this process. In front of other guests, he bluntly stated:
“I know you’re going to book another hotel because it’s 80% cheaper than ours, but trust me, you won’t be able to enter the resort to sit or visit your family here.”
This statement was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
Such treatment left a very negative impression on what should have been a welcoming and respectful environment, especially for families. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the values your resort stands for.
I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and ensure appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. A respectful and courteous approach should always be expected from your staff, regardless of booking decisions.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,Nasser Alshabib

The activities and the spacious villas are something my family and I liked. Also how it was close to Disney Land is an advantage.
The checkout time is 10 am which is not really something I liked. Most hotels and resorts are 12 pm and some are 2 pm! 10 am was too much to handle! I’m in a holiday and I need to get enough sleep!
The food at their restaurant also isn’t good and when you order uber eats they make you go to the main gate to get it. It’s like they want to force you to eat at their restaurant!!

Very clean and comfortable property. The location is also great. It is very close to Disney and the outlet mall.
The pillows need to be changed. Also, the check out time of 10 AM is way too early.

Mr. “5 cent”
This guy was at the reception when we checked in. The total amount of our stay was €1335.05. I gave him €1335 in cash and told him that I’ll give him the 5 cents later. He handed me back the money and insisted on having the 5 cents first. So I said I have some change in my suitcase which is still in the lobby so please give us the room keys so my family can go to the apartment while getting the change for you. He refused and also refused to tell me the apartment number. I had to open the suitcase while in the lobby to give him the 5 cents.
The second day my wife needed to activate her room key. Unfortunately she went to Mr. 5 cent who asked for her ID which was left in the apartment
I was in the lobby that time so we gave him my ID. He insisted on having her ID despite the fact that the reservation was under my name.
This guy was very difficult and uncooperative to say the least.

The property was absolutely fantastic, 10 minutes from Disneyland. The room was like a little house, plenty of room for a family of 5. Spacious rooms, beds, downstairs was lovely. Cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. The pool area and activities for kids was great, food in the restaurant was lovely.

The property was absolutely charming and peaceful, with a lovely village-like atmosphere. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a family stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained with plenty of green space, making it great for kids to play and adults to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the proximity to Disneyland Paris and how easy it was to get around. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the recreational facilities like the basketball court, added to the experience.
There really wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, perhaps a few more dining options on-site would be a welcome addition, especially for late arrivals.
