Great apartment for a few days at Disney

Lovely spacious clean apartment. Quiet, comfortable and everything we needed to enjoy a couple of days at Disney! Everything was easy in terms of check in and it was well decorated. Safe building and friendly neighborhood. Very close to a mini supermarket. Fine for staying in with our baby as it was quite safe for a baby to crawl around in and the lift was good for the buggy access. Very close buses are not that frequent to Disney but if you're willing to walk 10 mins or so there's regular buses there. Between the two sets of buses it was easy enough to get to Disney and to the train station.

As previous reviews have said it lacked a bathroom bin but this is quite a small thing! Communication seemed to be automated too (we got no reply in advance about ordering a baby cot even after emailing 3 times, texting and phoning too - but when we got there the cot was in the apartment so it ended up being a non issue in the end!)

Disgraceful: Dirty, poorly maintained

The location is okay for visiting Disney, but that is the only positive thing I can say.

As frequent visitors to this area (Disney Annual Passholders), we have plenty of comparison, and this was by far our worst experience: Broken Promises: Upon arrival, the parking key was missing. The host promised to fix this within three days, but we never heard from them again. This made loading and unloading luggage a nightmare. Unsafe & Poor Maintenance: There is a hole in the bedroom ceiling with exposed wiring and no light fixture. The apartment is worn out: damage to the doors, the TV, and the walls. Hygiene Issues: The sofa bed was stained/filthy, and there was mold in the shower. Extreme Noise Disturbance: The floor is so poorly finished that every normal movement is audible to the neighbors. This led to uncomfortable confrontations with the downstairs neighbors who complained about my children simply walking around. This lack of privacy and the resulting tension completely ruined our stay.

Perfect for small family stay

Great location, lovely modern clean space, new supermarket due to open soon close by... comfortable, warm and well maintained.

Could do with more cleaning materials just in case of emergency kids spills, eg soap and spray, but otherwise clean and appropriately stocked. Couldn't find an iron or ironing board.

In front of our flat was a building really noise, we couldn’t sleep well any of the nights. Nothing bad with the property, was amazing however, the building in front was Súper un respectful with the hours of work.

Great base for Disney, very clean apartment.

Great location for Disney, 5 mins in an Uber. Very clean apartment, really good for a small family. Good clear instructions throughout stay from host. Overall brilliant stay.

Wasn’t a big issue as I only stayed 3 nights, but extra pillows would be a great addition for the bedroom.

Communication. NOBODY ever answers on your questions. We for example requested a baby crib. Never anybody answered on this. I received a lot of messages but I had the feeling they are all computer generated. Terrible!

Prima

Op zich helemaal prima op wat kleine dingen na. Het was redelijk schoon. In de slaapkamer hong geen lamp (gewoon een gat in plafond) slaapbank was beetje aan de kleine kant voor twee tieners. Je kon nergens even lekker gaan zitten dat was wel jammer. Maar voor het geld wat we betaald hebben was het goed!! Enige puntje wat ik wel moet melden is dat er geadverteerd wordt dat parkeren gratis is en dat reserveren niet nodig is. Wij hadden het geluk dat de poort van de parkeergarage open was en de auto dus kwijt konden. We kregen pas in de middag om half drie de code om officieel te parkeren. Toen waren wij al lang in Disney. Dus wij hebben geluk gehad want je auto kun je in de omgeving nergens kwijt. Heb dit van te voren wel gevraagd maar nooit een reactie op gekregen

Er stond in de beschrijving dat de sleutels van de parkeergarage binnen lagen. Dit was niet het geval. Bericht gestuurd naar host, maar geen reactie op ontvangen.

Emplacement parfait pour un séjour en amoureux ou en famille, lieu tranquille. Je recommande.

La facilité d'accès à l'établissement, et l'emplacement de voiture.

Avec ma compagne on a trouvé ça dommage le manque de papier toilette, les clef pour le parking n'était pas là mais heureusement on avait des places de parking gratuites tout proche. Et aussi le manque de produit comme un petit gel douche, shampooing collé au mur par exemple.

Goed voor een betaalbare accommodatie dicht bij Disney, helemaal goed mocht de host bereikbaar zijn.

Prijs-kwaliteit. Locatie.

De sleutel van de garage was niet aanwezig in het appartement. We konden dus geen gebruik maken van de garage. Niemand was bereikbaar. Het telefoonnummer schakelt door naar een automatisch bandje met info over de toegangscodes. Je krijgt via dit bandje een ander telefoonnummer die je via whatsapp kan contacteren indien er problemen zijn. Ook op dit nummer was niemand beschikbaar. Via booking krijg je ook enkel vooraf geautomatiseerde antwoorden. Ook via de site is niemand bereikbaar. Wij kregen dus geen compensatie voor de garage die we niet konden gebruiken. Wat als er een probleem is met de electriciteit, water,….? Niet te begrijpen dat wij ons ganse verblijf niemand konden contacteren en tot op heden ook geen enkel antwoord via mail of andere hebben mogen ontvangen. Host is een enorm minpunt. Heel jammer.

Superbe appartement spacieux et vraiment pas loin de la gare TGV de Marne la vallée

Appartement spacieux, très joliment décoré et très bien équipé.

La vaisselle avait des traces de tartre pas très agréable visuellement. Pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon, il n’y a pas de volets mais simplement des rideaux pour obscurcir la pièce.

Sicuramente torneremo

Il Check in era autonomo tramite codice, è stato molto semplice e veloce. Vicinissimo a Disneyland Paris, comodissimo a 5min in uber! L’appartamento è grande e spazioso, anche il bagno è grande; noi eravamo in due ma essendoci il divano letto anche in 4 si sta comodi e larghi.

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata la mancanza di sapone (in cucina e in bagno) e cose essenziali per la cucina (tipo olio o sale)

Die Lage des Appartements ist für den Preis wirklich gut – nur zwei Busstationen bis zu Disney. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu und insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen modernen Eindruck.

Leider hatten wir einige Schwierigkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts. Laut den Check-in-Anweisungen sollte sich der Garagenschlüssel im Appartement befinden, aber wir konnten ihn nicht finden und konnten daher unser Auto nicht parken. Wir haben versucht, den Vermieter über Telefon, WhatsApp und SMS zu erreichen – leider ohne jegliche Rückmeldung über drei Tage hinweg. Zusätzlich rochen die Badetücher unangenehm und muffig, was den Komfort deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Heerlijk geslapen.

Mooi appartement, schoon en alles aanwezig. De douche is ook erg goed. De bedden zijn heel erg comfortabel. Met de auto ben je in 5 minuten bij Disney.

Je kan parkeren in de parkeergarage. Onze auto was te hoog door een dakkoffer en dan is de.garage te laag. Parkeren aan de straat is lastig, weinig plekken. Ook wordt er nog volop gebouwd, dit geeft veel stof en overdag geluidsoverlast. Ze beginnen gelukkig iets later als in Nederland.

Súper bien.

Estaba todo perfecto, tal cual como sale en las fotos. Estamos súper encantados durante toda la estancia. Habían obras delante pero vamos es soportable. Y si vas a estar todo el día en Disneyland pues ni te enteras de que las hay. Esta el centro comercial Val d'Europe a 10min andando. Que es nada, además pasas por delante unas casitas chulísimas y un parque inmenso que te distrae.

Algo que se podría añadir es poner algún cubo de la basura en el baño. Y también alguna tapa de mas para las cazuelas al cocinar porque solo había una tapa. Pero por lo general todo perfecto la verdad.

Poco distante da Disneyland, Alloggio di nuova costruzione, estremamente pulito e con letti molto comodi. Il sistema di accesso è digitale ed è chiaramente spiegato dai gestori. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto al coperto. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.

Apartamento cerca de Disneyland (2,5Km)

La ubicación no era mala para ir a Disneyland Paris,ya que tienes la parada de autobús a 10 minutos andando. Las instalaciones están bastante bien y son bastante nuevas. Lo mejor la plaza de garaje privada,ya que con la obra que hay en el exterior no hay quien aparque y no hablemos de como se pone de sucio el coche por la cantidad de polvo de esta. .

Nosotros nos encontramos que no había en el apartamento NADA de lo que ponía en el tema de productos de aseo gratis (no había nada ni de jabón,ni de gel tampoco ni champú) y productos de limpieza tampoco había (como jabón para limpiar los cacharros a mano,no había nada) Otro problema que nos encontramos fue la falta de comunicación ya que tanto el envío de mensajes a través de la aplicación al igual que la llamada que realizamos,entre otras cosas para reclamar esos productos de limpieza,no obtuvimos respuesta alguna,solo recibíamos los mensajes automáticos como los datos de acceso y el horario para salir del apartamento,en la llamada era un contestador automático que solamente te indicaba como introducir la clave para abrir la puerta. También debéis tener en cuenta que en la zona del apartamento está TODO en obras,así que hay bastante ruido y muchísimo polvo,durante la jornada laboral debes evitar abrir las ventanas y como no tienes aire acondicionado,pasamos bastante calor. Para comprar cualquier cosa (pan,alimentación,etc)... Debes coger el coche ya que el centro comercial más cercano está a más de 1 km ,por esa zona tampoco hay bares ni comercios.

L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo direttamente di fronte a un cantiere enorme. Aperto. Non si potevano aprire le finestre dalla polvere che c’era. E polvere dappertutto anche in garage e strade. In piena estate. In un appartamento senza aria condizionata e senza ventilatori. Per non parlare del rumore. Ma la cosa più grave, inaccettabile è che non siamo stati informati. Il proprietario si è guardato bene dall’avvisarci di questo “piccolo” inconveniente. Siamo scappati immediatamente in un hotel. Degna conclusione della storia, non abbiamo ricevuto riscontro alle nostre richieste di rimborso. Vergognoso

Appartement accueillant et agréable, idéal pour un séjour à Disney

Appartement très spacieux, tout neuf, très bien décoré, propreté impeccable, facilité d'échange avec les propriétaires, sécurité de l'endroit, proximité de Disney, parking privé, serviettes et draps fournis.

il nous a manqué une grande casserole, du produit vaisselle (nécessaire quand on cuisine et pas de magasin tout près), bouilloire et cafetière ont besoin d'être détartrées. Nous avons aussi été embêté par la poussière et le bruit à cause des travaux en face, mais cela devrait être résolu dès que ceux-ci seront terminés.

En résumé un appartement très bien, super bien placé et emplacement sécurisant

j'ai reçu un mail avec des photos de la porte, des digicodes et de la porte de garage, ce qui est très très pratique pour trouver l'appartement et utilisé les différents digicode de l'immeuble

ce qui est du confort, personnellement les oreillers sont beaucoup trop mous et plat, des nouveaux oreillers serait pas du luxe Pour le couchage dans la salle à manger dommage qu'il n'y est pas de volets roulants ou de rideaux occultants qui couvre toute les fenêtres, la lumière de dehors empêche de dormir et en plein mois de juin on ce réveille au levé du soleil.
