Amazing, clean and close to Disney

Amazing apartment very helpful staff and in constant communication throughout. I would highly recommend this place and very close to disneyland paris. We left there and was in a beautiful apartment within 15minutes. There is a super market near by where we bought everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal. This place can't be faulted.

Harder than it should have been and I’m out of pocket now fighting for a refund

Overcharged for city tax that should have been included. Tried to charge me extra for parking which clearly states it is free on booking. Poor communication, delay sending us the key code so couldn’t get in on time. Did not answer phone so helpless. Kitchen light is located far too low and the bedroom has no light!

- location is great - response from host - free parking

- the bathroom was clogged and was really difficult. Informed the host and was kind enough to understand the situation our stay was for two nights so hopefully it’s fixed now.

Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons adoré l'appartement, il etait grand spacieux exactement comme la description que nous avons trouvé sur booking. Nous avions tout a disposition pour vivre dans ce logement. Un vrai coup de coeur pour la chambre trés bien agencé, mais egalement avec une literie super confortable !! Nous avons vraiment passé une nuit agréable. Le dernier plus c'est la cour spacieuse et calme. Geographiquement le logement est super bien placé, a quelques minutes de la vallée village, mais egalement de disneyland paris !

La cuvette des toilettes etait fisuré, un des eviers de la salle de bain etait presque bouché l'eau avait du mal a s'évacuer. Mais egalement la propreté : table de salon collante, tache sur le canapé avec cheveux d'ancien visiteur, et pas de bouchon pour utiliser le jaccuzi.

Non fonctionnement du portail pour y garer notre véhicule Difficultés à obtenir les chaines de tv comme tf1 etc... Remise un peu tardive du code de la boite à clef pour accéder au logement Difficulté à joindre au téléphone le service de réservation et aucun mail de confirmation de réception du paiement et donc de l'empreinte bancaire qui conditionne l'obtention du code pour recuperer les clefs. Vous partez dons sans savoir si vous allez récupérer les clefs de votre logement. .

L'emplacement est très bien pour aller au parc disneyland, proche et calme.

Une odeur nauséabonde était présente dans l'appartement Une fuite sous le lavabo de la salle de bain est présente, ce problème est géré par un plat en inox déposé sur l'étagère du meuble en dessous qui récupére l'eau qui coule. Les canalisations sont dégoûtantes poils, cheveux et autres présents. De la moisissure est présente sur les murs et rideaux de la chambre, mauvaise ventilation dans l'ensemble de l'appartement ce qui entraîne un décollement de la tapisserie ainsi que des plinthes qui se pourrissent. Extérieurs non entretenus haies et pelouses, présence d'araignées et de toiles. Chaises ayant des assises immondes présence de tâches et de miettes. Photos à lappuie Très déçu de ce séjour, à fuir.

Geweldig

Het is ontzettend schoon en een mooi ingericht gezellig appartement met een heerlijke Jacuzzi en prachtige douche. Het voelde gelijk vertrouwd aan. Lekker overal dichtbij kortom voor herhaling vatbaar. Ook fijn dat er een nespresso apparaat staat en dan ook nog de cupjes en thee etc erbij. Borg was gelijk teruggestort ondanks dat ik een glas had gebroken.
