    Room size was good. Staff was also good but need to some facilities for guests. Like welcome drink or fruits. Weight machine was there but need to put coins to check. Breakfast items need to be increased. Overall stay was good.

    Complaint Regarding Poor Service During Recent Stay I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced during my recent stay at your Holiday Inn in Marne‑la‑Vallée, Paris. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels across the UK and have always received a good standard of service. However, during this stay, the front‑desk staff member working the evening shift for the duration of my visit was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I left my room in the morning, I reasonably expected to return to a clean room with fresh towels, as has always been standard practice during my previous stays. Instead, my room had not been serviced. When I queried this, the staff member abruptly informed me that I should have requested for my room to be cleaned. I found this response both dismissive and incorrect, as this has never been required at any other Holiday Inn I have stayed in. I then asked for clean towels and was told, again very rudely, that I would need to come and collect them myself as “no‑one is available.” This attitude and lack of basic customer service are completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by the way I was spoken to and by the poor standard of service I received. I would like this matter to be investigated, and I expect reassurance that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other guests are treated this way. I look forward to your response.

    It was a good choice for Disneyland. Very close to the park. The hotel was good with a very good breakfast. Would definitely recommend it

    There are no shuttle available, only option is to reach this trough bus not even train, taxi is very expensive. Even bus stop is atleast 400m away. If you want to stay there, better prefer a hotel closer to the train station, because even for a simple shopping you have to spend half day for travel.
