Hotel Paris Marne-la-Vallee by IHG

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. The receptionist offered a suite for additional charge and we were able to move into that room about four hours earlier. The suite was large for the two of us and we really didn’t need all that space. It was nice of her to offer it tho. The receptionist was very patient explaining about the shuttle to DisneyPark and the Vallée Shopping area. She was the best!

The bathroom floor looked like it wasn’t clean. The shower drained slow and I felt like I was standing in my dirty shower water. In addition, we could never get the thermostat to adjust and the air con was cold.

Breakfast was great, quite a variety to select from and fairly priced. The bus shuttle to Disney park is very convenient and on time. The rooms are quite spacious, which was great and rare for hotel rooms in Europe.

Front desk staff not friendly. Rooms don't have complementary water. Had to walk in the middle of the night to go and refill my water jug, and my room was not that close to the water filter. They can surely provide at least 1 bottle or maybe have more than 1 water filter per floor.

There’s no pillows when we arrived. Called reception as soon as we found out around 7 pm after a long journey. Hence, no pillows still after our dinner at their restaurant, around 11ish pm. No apologies and receptionist were not friendly at all.

Overnight stay after Disney holiday. Ticked all the boxes. Clean and close to the parks. Good breakfast options.

Upon checking, there is no concierge service, we had to take all our luggage ourselves to the room Upon arriving at our room, there were dirty plates outside the door, one of the toilet's wash basins had unclean water in it, the other had mascara, the entire room was not cleaned at all, and there was a flooding room nearby that soaked a big portion of the corridor. Only beds and towels. We saw an old boarding pass from June 11th for a previous inhabitant of the room under the couch, which portrays how deep their cleaning is! The reception and front desk had to be prompted by us to do the necessary cleaning. Hot water is not continuous. The TV is completely in french with no options for other languages. The bathroom toiletries and utilities are not refilled every day, we have to literally ask them every morning on our way out. Kids menu is not available for room services, and there is a minimum charge of 25 euros to order ANYTHING to the room or else u pay the difference! They are entirely reliant on their proximity to Disneyland as a source of guests for them, which is why they are laid back about any other service nor investing in improving any service. The staff's attitude is rude and standoffish.

Location for disney is brilliant. Shuttle bus to disney is super reliable, always on time and is a key reason we booked this hotel. Plenty nice and well looked after public areas. Rooms are large and modern

It was very hot and air conditioning doesn't go below 23 (apparently normal for France)

Staff were very rude and non responsive. There was a staff (Chinese origin man) he was extremely rude to us. We had to ask for one glass of water 3 times and he refused when my young one was thirsty and was listening to him. Don’t go there with kids if you are going to Disneyland, there are many other better ones!! It’s a really bad one!!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – we felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoy staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

The place is nice, a lot of green. Verry close to Disney and with a free shuttle every 30 in. The beds are super confortable. adn The breakfast was also very good with a big variety.

That at the breakfast as it was so many people. The friendly stafff wasnt able to wash and replenish the plates and cups as fast as it was needed, so if u arrived at peak hour for breakfast chances are you might have to wait for plates cups and food. The egg station was also suffering from a defect side on the plancha. Therefore the waiting time for an omelet was quite the time.

The suite that we stayed had ample space with a separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom included separate shower and bath with plenty of storage. The property was very quiet and golf course adjacent. The breakfast was nice with a custom omelette station along with prepared dishes to choose from. The complimentary shuttle bus to the train station and Disneyland was very convenient.

The property could use refurbishment. Everything was dated and things needed fixing. The availability of lunch and dinner at the property was limited.

Reception not great and staff there not really friendly or attentive . 20 Euro per day for parking excessive in addition to high cost room. No room upgrade countenanced by hotel although Booking.com suggested possible.

Cleanness in room is my main complain and room attendant kept forgetting to put towels perhaps more attention is to be given how many people are in the room . as for the breakfast the bacon was always very oily looked like boiled and then dipped in oil

Breakfast was very average standard . Rooms look run down, need better maintenance we stayed just two nights and spent all our time outside but if it was for a staycation , I wouldn’t choose this place again

The costumer service at the reception were great particularly Ms. Kahin

I did not have the time to experience the entire hotel, however I can honestly say that I was very pleased with my short stay and I shall soon revisit for sure. The entire staff is more than amazing (I was welcomed by Geceline at the reception - she was super kind and lovely), the bed was great, the room spacious. The free shuttle bus is an extra perk. Calm environment.

Had to report no pillows or coffe/tea in room. Iron is dangerous and has been reported. No bathrobes in room even though it says on the door there should be.

Very comfortable stay, good beds. It's been hard to find a good bed in the area as we have been several times to different hotels, so this is an excellent place . Room service was also great. Staff friendly and helpful as we booked an extra night on the morning of our check out day and we were allowed to keep our room.
