The room was specious for our family of 4, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom in our room was very small, I couldn’t stand up in the shower as it was very low. The check in was very slow. We also were not aware we had to pay €15 each day to park our car here. The buses to the train station are convenient but often very over crowded

Staff very rude in the breakfast area. Allowing some customers in with giant rucksacks but wouldn’t let us take a small handbag with valuables in. Seemed to be one rule for some people and different rules for others. Breakfast choice was poor. Room very basic. No kettle. Bath tiny. Would not recommend.

It was good that there was a free bus to get to disneyland park and i didnt really like how the car park had to be costed and wasn't that much option choice for breakfast but the breakfast was delicious but over all i think its a good hotel if you wont be in your room the whole day.

The hotel is large with lovely grounds. When you see it you can't help but be impressed. The hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms are regularly cleaned. Beakfast in the hotel is poor! You get the sense it is not important to the hotel. Limited selection of food, staff are slow to re-stock cups, plates, cutlery etc Staff are not helpful when asked for assistance. There are lots of additional charges and expensive services in the hotel!! Vending machines. Expensive and poorly stocked. It will accept payment and then you find out items are out of stock. Mini-golf. 4 Euros per person, for 3 holes. Poor effort. The hotel holds on to your passprt whilst you play. Hold on to the passport while playing - but this should be free. The room does not have tea/coffee facilities but for 30 Euros you can hire a fridge and a coffee/tea machine for the duration of your stay. It comes as a package - no choice but to have the fridge too. It is delivered to the room on a trolley. When supplied it has a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. If you want it replenished, you have to pay an additional charge. Not explained upfront. Disappointing you have to pay for such small items. Shuttle bus is free. Trip to Disney is direct and quick. Bus was never full. On the way back from the Park, the hotel is the 5th hotel stop. DON'T use the shuttle on the way back. Shuttles are dangeroulsy overcrowded!

Greeted by miserable staff and overcharged on city tax which was not refunded. Breakfast wasn’t worth going to. Children were using fingers to pick items up, people would push infront of you, walk into you and it was just chaotic. Save yourself time and grab a light snack or breakfast in the parks. The buses are shared with 4 other hotels. It’s chaotic. People pushing infront of you etc sometimes by the time it gets to your hotel it’s full and you can’t get in. Waiting for a bus after a morning in the parks one drove right past us even though it was empty. All the other hotels had at least 3 buses stop at their stops before we even got one. Overall it was a fine base stay but the negatives definitely put me off no matter how cheap. I’ll stick to staying onsite.

Its quiet and clean but the parking is fees is ridiculously expensive especially for that we spent 3 nights at the hote. There should be a standard parking fees for the duration of your stay that should be paid once checked in. Breakfast buffet was ok, basic but fresh.

We stayed as a family of four adults and one child under the age of two. We booked the family room, which included one double bed and two twin beds. While the room was on the smaller side, the layout was practical and worked well for our needs. This is very much a no-frills hotel—there was no phone to contact the front desk, no facial tissues, and no washcloths provided—but considering the price, these were compromises we were comfortable with. The room did have air conditioning, though during our stay it either was not working properly or was unable to keep up with the heat wave. As a result, we had to open the windows overnight to let in cooler air, as the room became warmer than outside. Breakfast was a standout feature. It was buffet-style with a wide selection of both food and drinks, and everything was all-you-can-eat. Guests are not permitted to bring backpacks into the dining area, but lockers are available for larger bags. The choices were excellent: coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, juices, croissants, yogurt, applesauce, fresh fruit, beans, toast, sausages, cereal, and more. The shuttle service to the parks was frequent. Although often crowded, we were always able to board the next bus without issue. Checkout was simple and efficient, as it is automated—you just need to vacate the room by 11 a.m. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s proximity to the parks, reliable shuttle service, and excellent breakfast

Impressive building. Ground floor full of Disney magic. Rooms are very basic. Biggest issue for me was breakfast buffet. Very busy, often no cutlery, plates or cups/glasses. People resorting to using the trays and napkins. For those dining at 10am to avoid the busy period the staff already start clearing down the food. Staff are not very happy or accomadating. By no fault of their own the tables are often left dirty, as they attempt the clear as quickly as they can.

1.Great start to your Disneyland experience as the shuttle is excellent. 2. Food was boring and average. Staff in food and beverage area do a great job considering the amount of people who go down for breakfast each day. Dinner selection was mediocre. 3. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good size for 3 adults. 4. Front desk area needs a complete overhaul.The 2 staff they had on when we arrived were overwhelmed by the constant questions by everybody in their languages. 4. Checkin needs a separate area assigned just for that and the gift shop should be handling all the purchases made from the glass cabinets. 5. Questions on all other things needs a concierge counter way away from any money handling area. The front of any Disney Hotel should be magical and not the disaster BnB offered.

Although this is on the cheaper end of the scale for hotels near Disneyland, it is actually a very good hotel. The beds are firm but you can sleep well in them after walking around the parks all day, really plump pillows as well. Only downside to the room is it DOESNT have air conditioning, it is just air flow which didn’t get that cold, lucky it wasn’t hot at night. The breakfast in the morning was good, staff just need to keep up with bringing out clean plates and cutlery to be used. Bar was a little expensive, £7.80 for a beer but you tend to get that because of it being near Disney. Free shuttle bus is a bit of a nightmare because it drops off at four hotels and customers are rude and just push by to squeeze on. We decided to walk back from the park one night which took just around 20 minutes. All in all, a good hotel and I would stay there again

Breakfast was decent enough. Same every day but decent. Room was decent as well. Small but adequate for just a place to sleep and wash. Beds quite firm and only 1 very soft pillow but after walking a thousand miles around the parks sleep came easy. Again decent. No frills hotel, a bit basic but clean and has everything you need for a trip. Only thing was had to pay extra €30 to have a kettle and fridge in the room

- Check in was slow and confusing. - They give you a code rather than a key so doesn’t feel safe. - Rooms are basic for the price, feels like a dormitory or hostel rather than family room. - Beds uncomfortable and rooms feel old, scuffed up and dirty bathroom with tiny bath/very basic shower. - Staff seemed unbothered, unprofessional and lazy. - Breakfast was chaos. Busy, rushed and a complete free for all. Food basic, cutlery was dirty, not much was being refreshed in terms of clean plates/cups/glasses put out. Overall, felt like not good value for money and if I’d had more than one night booked, I’d have found somewhere else to stay. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s rough. Like doing Disney in the ghetto.
