Very bad room service.. was out all day in Disneyland with kids and came back to unclean room. The cleaner refused to make the bed just because I left a tablet on the pillow. Disgusting and very bad. They cancelled my key 1 hour before check out. I let the receptionist know and the lady was so rude and said it’s my fault.. Rude staff and very unhelpful and unpleasant Sat at the waiting area by the bar and just been kicked out saying I need to buy something to sit there just disgusting behaviour unbelievable. I will never be staying there. Don’t stay here they will spoil your holiday

Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We had a family room and there was plenty space for suitcase, double buggy to be up and still left space in the room to walk around etc. Great shuttle bus to Disney and staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but not the biggest selection of fruit which I would have preferred.

Rooms were a good size, with enough storage and were clean. Twin beds were comfortable with a more firm mattress. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttles to Disneyland were very helpful, just be aware that they are crowded at peak times.

Basic hotel with everything you need for disney. Bunk beds for kids. No tea and coffee in room or fridge. Evening food at restaurant poor and expensive. Struggled to accommodate kids allergies. First drop on bus from disney but very busy buses.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are okay but the beds are rock solid, no kettle in the rooms. we only had breakfast at the hotel, very little options for breakfast, plates are the size of side plates, little options if you are gluten free. If you want a cup of tea bring your own tea bags unless you like herbal tea as they dont do normal tea. Luckily we only used the hotel for a place to sleep after a busy day at the parks. The price is good if you want to keep cost down and are sticking to a budget. Would we stay here again properly not but it was alright for our first visit to disneyland at such short notice

I was disappointed with this my stay at the Campanile Hotel. I had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, but I was put in a very noisy room right above the car park and where the buses come in. I didnt sleep at all until 1.00am both nights and I was woken up at 6.30am each morning. I will not be booking this hotel again and it has put me off using Expedia. I think I should receive a partial compensation for the sleepless nights.

Excellent location for Disney park. Breakfast plenty of variety of food and drinks feels a bit like a school canteen. Rooms are clean but very tired location is quiet. Beware parking is an additional €17 which we were not made aware of. Short walk there is a Super U Supermarket and pharmacy close by

Rooms are small with no convenient amenities, like a bar of soap (only liquid soap) and no USB plugs for phones. Was also surprised they didn’t have hand towels. Bed was kinda hard and small. It was quiet though and good priced. The area was near Disney with a free shuttle which was so helpful! They had a lot of helpful amenities at the hotel, like fresh late night bar food, arcade games, toiletries for purchase, and a gift shop with lots of fun stuff in there. We really appreciated that. It felt very safe and convenient. We would stay here again.

Full breakfast with eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats and more. Room is not huge but kids enjoyed bunk beads thst were fine for our 14 and 8 year olds. Beds are firm. Bus to Disneyland was great and drops off near train. Train cheaper way to get to downtown Paris than taxi about 40 minute train ride to metro.

Fantastic for Disney. 6 minutes on the shuttle bus, on the way home it’s stop ‘i’, first stop so brilliant. Clean, basic but meets needs. The desk sells lots of things eg I forgot toothbrushes. Comfy beds. Clean towels daily and a bargain price. Not desperately keen on the breakfast but there were pastries, scrambled egg, bacon, juice, coffee. Without question I would stay here again if going to Disney.

Shuttle buses are a joke - on the return waiting for 45 mins and then not getting in because massive queues of people for a bus for 5 hotels. Crazy in the heat with the kids - ended up getting taxi.

Hotel was clean and comfortable with lots for kids to do and convenient shuttle to Disney. Shuttles were very overcrowded and should be more capacity as it felt quite dangerous. The outside play area was good but no bench for parents to sit down whilst watching the kids. There were young children in the play area shouting and playing very loudly at 01:45 in the morning right under our bedroom window which woke us up.

Staff were friendly and room was just what we needed

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was slow and poorly managed. We had two rooms reserved, and the staff handed us the key cards without any identification or room numbers. When we asked which card belonged to which room, they simply said they “didn’t know” and that we should try them out ourselves — an unacceptable level of service for any hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or willingness to help. To make matters worse, around 11 PM, several children were running and jumping between the room balconies. It was loud, disruptive, and frankly dangerous, especially at that hour. Despite reporting the issue, it took about an hour before the hotel staff did anything about it — and no apology or compensation was offered. On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even though it was clearly listed as included in our original booking. Although it wasn’t detailed in the confirmation email, it was explicitly stated during the reservation process on Hotels.com. I had to file a complaint through the website and spend nearly two hours resolving the issue before receiving a refund. It was a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation. Poor service, mismanaged facilities, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel under any circunstances

This property was extremely convenient for our two nights in Disneyland. I appreciated the free shuttle & free luggage lockers. However, the hotel itself was mediocre. The staff was helpful, check in was easy, but the room was basic along with the property itself. The bed was not super comfortable either. If you are looking for a cost effective option and do not mind a middle of the road hotel, then this property will work out just fine.

We definitely got everything we wanted out of a place to stay during our Disney adventure. Free shuttle is great, restaurant and lounge are comfortable and convenient, breakfast buffet was tasty with great variety. Room was quiet and cozy, just wish there was a fridge/freezer option for keeping baby food cold but the lounge was gracious to provide me with a little ice each morning and evening. Would recommend Campanile Val de France to a friend!

No tea or coffee facilities in room as was told there was when booked, had to buy from them, front staff at reception not helpful at all, basic rooms, 2 irons for over a thousand gusts. On the good side staff helpful and polite in restaurant

Pretty hotel, children loved the donkeys, ponies, rabbits etc. Female staff in restaurant a bit grumpy, an occasional smile would have been nice. Room comfortable and did the job.

Nice location, room was fine and there’s a regular shuttle bus. However, we didn’t much like the breakfast- pastries were nice but didn’t fancy the rest! Staff weren’t particularly friendly and I don’t like the no bags policy. Expensive food at dinner, and you have to pay to park. Next time we’d probably try somewhere else.
