Really good service. Staff very helpful. Good location . Only small thing I would say is to maybe have more choice on the bar menu in the evening as it was great after a long day to have a drink and relax but limited. We will definitely stay again as offers all you need

We only stayed one night on way to Disneyland Hotel Cheyenne, wish we’d stayed here for the whole 4 nights

Excellent Hotel

An excellent place to stay with family. The service was outstanding; Aaiman and Hamza at the front desk gave us exceptional support. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were able to leave our belongings without any worries, and the hotel offers shuttle service to and from Disney. We will definitely return to enjoy a longer stay

Fantastic hotel

The staff the hotel every think was litrally amazing so spotless clean. Everythink you need in the room we stayed one bed apartment. Looking over pool and lake. Staff very helpful. Very very friendly. 1 would 1000% recommend this hotel. Clean room everyday as well.

Great Stay at aparthotels

Shuttle bus was great. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Small food and drink shop was great and we utilised the snack menu at the bar for pizza and burgers.

Fridge and microwave didn't work. We could have asked hotel to sort it out. Was just a little annoying. Space was a little small with the 3 sofa beds out and space for luggage.

Our stay was wonderful — the spacious spotless room, a bathtub, Nespresso machine, and a lovely view

Breakfast was okay, maybe expensive, but okay. The room was awesome, it was the best part of the stay. The room cleaning service was also good. I liked the room had a bathtub. We also had nespresso coffee machine in our room kitchen, awesome, felt like home. The view was also amazing.

I didn't like there was no shampoo in little bottles, only on dispensers on the walls. I would like more flavours for the coffee machine. That would be great.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected and the staff went out of their way. Shuttle to Disney and the train to Paris is the same. Always on time and convenient.

Very clean, location good and helpful staff

As it is mainly for families, a small play area or indoor soft play area would be really good for little children. Umbrellas at the poor for shade. Should make description clearer, kitchenette does not have an oven.

A very enjoyable stay with very accommodating staff.

The studio was well designed having all we needed and more - like ironing board, very well stocked kitchen and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Spotlessly clean on arrival and many clean towels delivered if you want etc over stay. A Welcome handwritten note and gift on arrival a nice rare touch too! Lovely view of lake and pool from our room and it was quiet amd peaceful. Staff are really fantastic -went out of their way to help, eg suggest places to eat, book tables for you etc and are kind and friendly to all the family. Mustafa in the bar was especially welcoming and lovely. Location excellent near local facilities and close to train station for Paris and Disneyland. Heated outdoor pool is perfect and a good size with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Free plentiful towels provided. Lovely atmosphere with lake behind. Good value food and drink.

Not much ! but the restaurant is not a restaurant and should not be described as such. The quality of food freshly cooked was very nice and well priced but it’s a very limited selection and served in takeaway containers- designed to be eaten in your room. So it should be just described as bar snacks in the hotel details. This did matter to us on a 7 night stay as we wanted to eat in several nights at restaurant after long days out in Paris . We Appreciate though that on shorter stays this may not bother other guests as much. The shuttle bus times should be more frequent - eg every 15- 20. As they were always crowded in July at busy times meaning many people have to stand. Breakfast was good but the pastries selection was very limited and my daughter was disappointed there was no make your own pancake station- although there were small pancakes ready made.

Basic comfort a short bus ride from Disneyland!

The "aparthotel" is really nice, clean and feels spacious, we had two separate sofa beds for the kids. The pool was great after a long day walking around Disneyland and the shuttle bus was handy for getting there.

The timings of the shuttle bus back to the hotel after the fireworks weren't great, we had a 30 minute wait by which point many more people had turned up, you'd think they would anticipate this better.

Would recommend it to anyone staying for Disneyland with a free shuttle but check the times!

The staff were amazing and the pool is lovely. It was a great spot to stay when visiting Disneyland especially in the summer although pool is heated so autumn and spring too! We were upgraded to a villa due to our room not being ready in time for check in. The villa was amazing.

We had an amazing time here! Staff are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The children loved the pool, was a bit cold. We got a shuttle to DLP from the apartments which is a short drive away. Overall a a great stay.

Fabulous villa with hotel service and exceptional staff, highly recommended!

We stayed in a villa apartment as a family of 11, with 4 children including one in a wheelchair. The staff were exceptionally helpful, could not do enough to make the stay more comfortable, booking taxis and also assisting if we had any problems. The pool was a hit, and the pool area is really lovely, right next to the bar. The villa had its own private garden and a small kitchenette which worked for us, plenty of space for the whole family to spend time together, and space to be apart. Each of the villa bedrooms was spacious and en suite, including a double bed and 2 single sofa beds in every room. The free shuttle to Disney was a bonus and right next to the station so we were also able to use it to get to the villa on arrival. In short - wheelchair accessible, friendly welcoming staff, spacious comfortable villa, a pool and hotel style service with self-catering accommodation. Highly recommended!

The check in time was a bit confusing so we ended up arriving early, but the staff were exceptional in making us comfortable and trying to get our room ready. Each of the bedrooms in the villa locks and requires a key card to access, this does come with a slight risk of locking yourself out or worse - one of the children getting locked between rooms in the middle of the night.

Amazing staff, plenty of space, spotlessly clean, perfect location with easy transport to parks

Perfect 5 bed villa with lots of space, reception arranged for us to have our 2 villas next to each other so the 22 cub scouts (children aged 8 - 10) could be together. Lots of space for them all. Big bedrooms all ensuites, beautifully clean, outside space, We arrived from the UK at 1:30 am and the reception staff could not have been more helpful and had the villa arranged so the children could go straight to bed. Bus in the morning to the parks easy and in the evening allowed the younger cubs to go back earlier. An amazing stay - thank you to everyone at staycity - we will be back!

Perfect for Disneyland

Perfect for Disneyland. Bus ride is 12 mins away and we had not trouble boarding at any time we used. Really well organised and simple.

Property itself is absolutely fantastic. Can’t complain at all. We’ve have stayed within this hotel twice now, funnily enough in the same room.

Our only negative is that the bus to Disneyland stops between 11am and 4pm. We understood why during the winter months but in the height of summer when it is most busy it would be ideal if the bus was frequent all day.

Exceptional! Would recommend and most certainly stay here again!

We stayed here in May for 4 nights to experience Disneyland, Paris. From arrival to departure, the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always happy to help! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beds were amazing! We had a room above reception and the view was sweet overlooking the little pond area with the ducks. These were loud (more so on a morning) but we were fine with that. Nice little kitchen with the essentials. We brought cereals and coffee from home to save spending extra whilst we were there so we grabbed breakfast before catching the shuttle to Disneyland. Reception area, again, very clean. Better than we expected! Alcohol pricey but we expected that to be the case. Cute little shop at the entrance with snacks etc which was a nice addition (card payment only though!) We only used the pool once, extremely cold but my 8 year old daughter and I loved it nevertheless! Restaurant was canny. Pricey again but, again, we expected that. Good service, friendly staff! Kid’s arcade play zone was good. Machines to pay for tokens. The pool table and football table was a nice addition to reception too! Shuttle was every 15 minutes from 8:30am up to 11am which was good. Always on time. Overall, 10/10!

We may have eaten more often at the hotel but not a great variety available. We had platter starter and extras, including chips, prawns and onion rings etc, rather than a meal and it worked out well for us! Breakfast - again, we would have eaten but pricey, especially for kids. Shower often ran hot and cold. We managed. My only complaint would be the shuttle coming home after visiting the Disney parks. We found catching the 9pm was ideal, any later was an absolute nightmare! People pushing without a care for anybody else. We found the English VERY friendly, others not so much, especially when it came to queues! The French don't know how to queue which was plain rude given we all had children with us.

Very clean, enough staff in every section to take care of you. Nothing is too much for them as they’d go the extra mile to ensure you are 110% satisfied. Rooms were very clean, facilities were great, staff very friendly, yet knowledgable and spoke good english which is always very important to me. One receptionist staff in particular made our stay so much more joyful, Oceane, young lady at the reception was absolutely awesome. Extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Oceane, will most certainly visit again in near future.

Hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Disneyland and offers free shuttle bus. Rooms have well equipped kitchen, which allows having breakfast or dinner inside when kids are too tired to go anywhere after a whole day at Disney. Swimming pool was a nice bonus :)
