Location to Disney. Free shuttle bus even though it could get very busy. Breakfast was easy.

No fridge to store anything and no tea/coffee facilities

We liked the proximity to Disneyland and the shuttle bus service was great.

The room size could have been a little bigger, we only stayed for 3 nights, if you were there longer, you'd start to feel you're on top of each other, especially when you add in all the suitcases. No tea making facilities in the room, which would be welcome.

Location and breakfast was ok.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Only 1 pillow. Phones don’t work in room to call reception for support. Farm hardly had any animals. Staff weren’t overall friendly. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was very close to Disney. We liked the convenience of the restaurant on site- especially for breakfast.

The soap and shampoo were the same. Not good quality. And the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. No coffee or tea available in the room either.

Breakfast was always amazing. Plenty of good food. Totally recommended for family. Good food for kids and adults. The service in the restaurant buffet, great by or cool amico. for the bus to get us to Disneyland, they got a shared deal with other hotels nearby, then the free shuttle to and from Disneyland is very pleasant. No way to complain about it. The room was good enough for 4 members. The place, 100% satisfaction.

We understand farm animals can be scared if you let kids stay with them, touching them and playing. However it would have been nice if at least the hotel could provide certain hours with qualified personal and let the kids be inside the farm and enjoy the animals.

The location of the hotel was really good, there was a grocery store in 10 mins walking distance, and the shuttle bus that took us to Disneyland was amazing, very comfortable, such a plus!

The room was very small, not like it looked like on the pictures, the room wasn’t clean, and there weren’t enough space to store your stuff. The breakfast was below average, it felt like we were in a school cafeteria (and not because of the children).

Pretty average service. Big hotel for Eurodysney.

Close to Disney and that they offered free shuttle to thr park.

Extremely not child friendly and stiff staff. Out of maybe 10 staff the we have met during pur 4 days stays were 2 of them really good profesionals. And those 2 were at the restaurant in the evening. Ladies extremely unfriendly, one of them took a pastry out of 4 years old hand when we want out from breakfast because you were not supposed to take anything out of breakfast. We were in a hurry and she was eating it. Last day we couldn’t change money for jetons so that the kid could play on the machine even if it was no problem the evening before. Same breakfast every day, not a single change in the menu. A total dissapointment in service. We will definetely not come back to the hotel.

Hard beds, company money grabbing, no where to sit unless you buy one of their drinks and watching you in the breakfast hall felt like a prison

The bathroom was clean and we're greatful for that. The breakfast was fine, nothing special, but there was something for most people. We didn't expect anything more. Room size was perfectly fine. Cleanless of the room was acceptable, I guess after a few years of use, the wear & tear was noticiable, and some spots were not perfectly clean, but we accept that in a 3 star hotel. The shuttle was very good most of the time, but there were times when it was quite hard to get on the bus or some times you would need to skip a bus and get onto the next one, or you would need to wait for the next one 20, 30 minutes. But most of the time, it's very good.

Prices for food and goodies, out of the sky (in my opinion). We were seeking food elsewhere. We literally purchased nothing in the hotel shops.

Easy for park, used it for extra night after staying at the Davy Crockett ranch, to make full use of our last days passes included in Disney package we bought. Much cheaper

Breakfast

We stayed in room 2039, the toilet did not flush properly. I asked to change room but was told by the receptionist someone would take care of the issue the same day. The problem was not resolved when we returned to the hotel at 9pm. Not sure this is a 3 star hotel if they can’t even provide basic amenities.

It ads Parking as free, but when you arrive it is 15 € per day. (You have to book in its web to free parking)

Staff are friendly, excellent location for disney,value for money, just all round great hotel.

The room was SO HOT. We could not cool it down so had the windows open. The bathroom sink leaked badly onto the floor - slip hazzard The breakfast room was outside & you had to queue for it Shuttle was not dedicated for this hotel so always very busy

Air conditioning was very good during heat wave. Staff very friendly, nice comfortable beds.

We were not informed to tidy up the table after breakfast. Then we were asked to go back to tidy it up. It was an embarassing situation and shouldve been handled better by staff. Also, we had to pay €2.50 for a cup of hot water...

A convenient location for Disney and free transport to park a major plus

Have stayed at the hotel before more than once. It's clean and comfortable. The food for breakfast is reasonable with continental or English or both if you are hungry enough. They do request that you do not take a handbag with you into breakfast. I think to stop people taking food with them. Free shuttle link with Disney Small animals also on site for the children - goats, llamas, pony etc

No tea or coffee making facilities and the prices for food and beverages are not good. Lager €15 euros and €6 euros for a small one . Coffee ridiculously expensive. We were going to buy food in the hotel to take into Disney but similar food was the same in the park so we bought there instead The shuttle service is not great at times and if you have small children it can be scary trying to get on with the amount of adults pushing and shoving. Supposed to be every 12 minutes but can be over half an hour by which time there are too many people to get on .

The reception personnel was nice.

Where to begin. The room wasn't properly clean, the bedding was from previous people, it had glitter on the sheets. The toilet had the flush broken. The common areas are dirty, the food expensive. They have a policy of not taking food out from the breakfast area which is fine but also needs some comon sense from the staff. My kid who was turning 4 that day was going with half a bread in one hand and the other half on the other hand with a tissue so she could eat on the way her breakfast and not get dirty (people stay at this hotel mostly to go to Disney, so people want to get out as fast as possible) they didn't let her have her bread, we are not talking about making sandwiches to go we are talking half of a bread that my kid was eating. The French woman was extremely rude and said oh no speak English, it's the hotel rules. There's no way in hell that I ever stay in a hotel like this again.

Very convenient location for Disney. Reception staff extremely helpful and effective. Dinner option very useful if you travel with kids.
