We absolutely loved our stay but didnt think the buffet at nighttime was worth it. Room was clean and well equipped, the shop on site is a bit expensive for juices etc so we used the vending machines which worked out cheaper for cans of juice. The food at the bar was good but getting a table was a hit or a miss. We will definetly be back to this hotel though as it was beautifully decorated and made our daughter (5) feel like she was staying in a real castle. The free bus is extremely busy as it seems to be the last stop for getting on/off so we preferred getting ubers to disneyparks. All in all was definetly worth the money.

Arrived at the hotel after an evening flight, check in was quick and easy. Room was in 3rd floor, a 2 bedroom suite for 5. Breakfast was ok. Shuttles were always packed so we walked (35mins) or had a Bolt €13 euros for 5 of us. Beds really comfy and room had bath and shower room ***. Would I stay again ? Yes if there was a big difference from booking Disney Hotel

6.4 / 10Average·Oct 2026

The hotel was clean, staff was very kind and having a Starbucks and restaurant in the hotel was convenient. The only complaint I would have is the website should have advised that their air conditioning system was under repairs. They had air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant but not in the rooms or hallways. M husband had to ask for a fan to be brought up to our room. We were also vey disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn’t accessible even though no repairs were being done and it was 25 degrees + during our stay.
