Great value. Clean rooms.
The shuttle bus. Although a great asset to have, was too busy as shared with 4 other hotels.
I felt particularly unsafe when trying to board it after the Park closed.

We stayed at B&B HOTEL près de Disneyland Paris primarily because of its convenient location near Disney and access to the free shuttle loop. It’s an ideal base for visiting Disney — the rooms are basic but clean, perfect for just resting your head after a long day of fun. Certainly not a destination in itself.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, providing a great start to our busy day. The on-site restaurant was also adequate for evening meals, offering a hassle-free dining option after returning from Disney. There’s a locker system for baggage storage available for a fee, which worked well for us and made managing our luggage easier when we arrived before check-in.
Overall, this hotel is a practical and convenient pit stop for anyone spending time at Disneyland Paris — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done perfectly.
