    There was no hot water available in the shower during my stay. Eventually, the staff had to provide bottles of hot water and a bucket as a workaround, which is something I have never experienced at any hotel before. The property itself is in a very poor condition and appears significantly run down. It urgently requires a complete renovation to meet the standards one would expect from an IHG-affiliated hotel. In fact, a Holiday Inn Express would have offered a far better experience. I had specifically booked a Premier Golf View room, but instead was assigned a room overlooking another building, which was disappointing and did not match the reservation. Additionally, Agoda should update the property’s photos. The hotel and rooms were vastly different from what is portrayed online and did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property

    The hotel is located quite far from central Paris, and transportation to and from Disneyland or the RER station can be unreliable. Inconvenient for families with children. If you're relying on taxis, it's best to remain flexible with your travel plans and booking times. Amenities are limited—there is no microwave available, and the in-house dining menu offers only a small selection of food options for guests. On the positive side, the concierge service is helpful, and the breakfast is good. This property is best suited for travelers with their own car who prefer a quieter, countryside setting away from the busy city atmosphere. If you're looking for a peaceful stay rather than easy access to Paris, it may be a good fit. Its a room oriented property.

    We had a wonderful few days here visiting both Central Paris and Disney. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing major works, which meant the swimming pool was closed. however, we loved our stay here. Staff were excellent, good food and space to relax on the terrace after a crazy busy day at Disney. Shuttle bus service was brilliant. Our family who were with us did have to move bedrooms because of a damp smell issue, but this was dealt with swiftly and without drama. Our room was fine. Highly recommend this hotel if you prefer not to stay on Disney site. Never had a problem finding a seat on the Shuttle bus.

    This is my second time stay here. Unfortunately the room is so cold after coming from outside we need to warm the room by the hair dryer as the technician came and said the thermostat showing the temperature is 29 but honestly it was not feel that at all. The sink was blocked and the bathtub was block either. The game rooms were locked in the reception and this was the main reason we book this hote. Foood- staff- location were good This stay didn’t meet my expectations at all specially the room looked over the parking
