The room and building condition was a bit rough. Cleaning could have been better

Room a bit too warm, not enough towels, bathrobe only for premium rooms..

We LOVED the swimming pool! Staff was lovely and made us feel welcome. The room is nice, it's not brand new and obviously, guests have previously stayed so it shows. Bedding is very comfortable with 2 different pillows to accomodate most people, there's tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as 2 packets of biscuits for us to enjoy! (mustard & poppy seeds) Bathroom was clean, water is slow to drain in toilets & sinks but there's even a clothes hanging line which is handy! We'd have loved towels to be handed out at the swimming pool to avoid using the two that were in our rooms though. Showers would be nice too - there's showering facility in disabled booth only. We tried the restaurant: had a kid's menu & a soup. The kid's meal was tasty, quantity was perfect, with a choice of mustard, ketchup & mayo for the chips. The soup on the other hand... far too salty and I didn't recognise the taste of squash. Couldn't finish it but didn't want to make a fuss. I'd have splashed on a dessert to make up for it but it wasn't offered. Nevermind. (also, the kid's coloured pencils can be sharpened but lovely attention) We got the free bus to Disneyland at 09.30am which was fine but had to wait 30min the night before despite the hours showing a 7pm departure - didn't arrive until 7.12pm). Overall a good stay and we would definitely come back should we have the opportunity.

Crusty what I could only imagine baggies on the shower walls. Light fixing falling on me in bed

Amazing for families and close to Disney

Great breakfast. Slightly unreliable Disney bus. No replenishing of tea and coffee in the room.

The receptionist does not speak English. Long queue at check-in. Daily cleaning was missing even though I had requested it for the room – every day there were no towels and no coffee/tea in the room. The place is generally worn. Sweet head waiter at the breakfast buffet and the shuttle bus service was really good. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to go down and speak to the receptionist face to face every time something was missing.

It was a wonderful stay. The room has a good size for 4 people. The beds are very comfortable, good service, very clean, and the hotel offers a free shuttle every 30 minutes to go to Disney and train station, and back from there.

Ensure basic things like the air con are functioning, have a shop or something, better customer service, water pressure in the bathroom (both shower and toilet) was atrocious.

The stay was lovely and reception and restaurant staff at dinner time, however at lunch time at bar, the staff were rude when I asked if I could modify a dish for my 1yr old. They told me to go elsewhere for other options as couldn’t just give me avocado - I was shocked as the hotel staff been so attentive otherwise! The hotel isn’t child friendly when it comes to food.

Nice, convenient, great breakfast, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that some parts of the room were damaged and badly repaired

Can’t even borrow a bottle opener, any room service request requires 7 euros.

Staff were really great on arrival. You obviously go there for Disneyland so not much else surrounding area. Nice grounds.

No room upgrade was offered and when asked for the food discount they denied it and said they had no record of my VIP status.

We enjoyed the stay over there. Staff were really friendly and helped us.

Very good

Beautiful hotel and staff re amazing and can communicate in English-speaking. There is no hottub after a long day walking in disney and the pool felt small for a hotel that size. Thankfully they do have both 2 saunas that kids cant go in.

Everything about the hotel and our room was very good. The one exception was the restaurant, which was ok but average food for the price

I liked that it was easy to take their shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris, as it had a regular schedule. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options for hot and cold foods.

The property was beautiful. Very convenient shuttle ride to Disneyland and train station.

The Manager (Nadia)was excellent in listening to my concern when a/c in one of two rooms we had packed up and she did an excellent job to fix my concern satisfactorily. Very conveniently located for Disneyland and shopping.Sometimes response from maintenance was poor

Had a suite. Few items were not up to scratch. Sliding door didn’t work at all, no plugs for kettle or coffee machine so had to place on floor. Didn’t restock coffee or tea. Sink didn’t drain. Lots of dirt under the sofa bed. Toilets older and stained too. Other than that comfortable large room.

The Stay at the Radisson Blu was spectacular, nothing short of perfect in all ways.

The property itself is fine. Clean and a little run down but overall fine. Breakfast is WAY overpriced but it’s your only option if you don’t have a car so beware. Pool is SMALL. But here is the issue. The concierge is a complete jerk. Always rude and disrespectful. He constantly contradicts whatever the rest of the front staff said. It was so bad that I canceled our next reservation there. Also the bar is way understaffed. I actually heard someone complain and there answer was “then leave!” There are better places to stay. We are currently at KI Space and it’s beautiful ( yes still far away from everything but everyone is pleasant and the hotel is new)

Everything here has been wonderful and easy. The shuttle to and from Disney was super easy.
