Had to stay an extra night due to flight change. Easily added on. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Kids loved the pool.
Did not get the rooms I booked. The toilets are mixed gender which I would not have booked if I had known. I do not agree that strange adults should be near children in that proximity. Tvs were all not working. When you have 4 children under 6 they need that break. The food was expensive and poor.

We had a nice stay at this hotel however we did feel staff moral is down and not very smiley. The pool area is quite small however the kids still enjoyed it. An outside pool area at the back where the bouncy castles are would be amazing. The rooms were fresh and clean however not checked everyday.
The property does have a big pool area and would be ideal for where the bouncy castles were out the back.
The restaurant food was not all that great, we didn’t enjoy breakfast and put us off trying dinner in the hotel.

Breakfast, swimming pool, lounge area
Unsafe / dangerous conditions on the evening bus from Disneyland, there should be more buses in the evening

Shower was good, beds were comfortable.
The room was pretty beaten up. Blood on the carpet, dents in the bath. Swimming was pretty grubby. Breakfast was pretty average..
