5 minute shuttle to Disney, gorgeous interior, spacious rooms, Friendly staff, lovely food, lots of activities to keep the kids happy
Kids zone could have a little more to play with (1 small bouncy castle and a few soft play building blocks) doesnt keep kids entertained for long

Overrated far to expensive for what it was prefer butlins as mad as it seems
Staff are so rude ignorant people when I asked to speak to manger she said she was manager and didn’t want to speak gladly I was leaving the next day
The staff in restaurant and front desks like they didn’t want to be there they should not get a job with kids with bad attitudes cleaning staff so pleasant

It’s ok as a place to rest head but isn’t a great place to stay
The location was close to the Disneyland parks
The buffet on an evening was very poor, so I would eat in the bar The shuttle bus is too full to get on so just pay for a taxi or you will waste time queuing even before getting to the park (it stops at hotels before this one) Beds don’t have enough pillows and room is cold (we had an upgraded suite)
