Dream Castle Hotel

The room was spacious, clean and had all amenities. Showet was hot and bathrokm was clean. Could not fault it.

Nice big hotel, but a number of issues. I tried to address with front desk on last day but they were disinterested! Tried 2 check in on arrival and was told twice our room was not ready! 3rd time lucky. Room was comfortable but carpets needed a scrub and shampoo. Toilet was running water for the 5 days we were there. Household took our keycard out of electric and never returned it, they did not clean our room on last nights stay were disappointed at the point. Breakfast is manic and abit limited. Worse bit the buses are like the hunger games 5 times we were unable to get on to get to and from disney. When had to get a uber at 12.90 euros each time. To sum up we wont go back to this one but it was ok but wanted better.

Horrible hotel

Great base for Disneyland. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good , some areas showed signs of wear and tear but on the whole would return here if visiting Disneyland again. Shuttle service was good and although it was busy on the return evening journey from the park we still managed to get on a bus without too much waiting. All in all we were pleased with our choice of hotels

Breakfast was amazing, after a restful sleep on a super comfy bed. Cannot fault this hotel. We had a large family staying in 4 rooms, and everyone was delighted with their stay. Highly recommend

The environment was well done. Clean large family room. Breakfast big choice could of been a bit more gluten free allergy aware though.

Lovely hotel.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant stay. We stayed for a very short weekend, and many unbelievable things happened. At first, I asked for a cot in my room because my baby couldn't sleep on the bunk beds. So, it was already 1 am (we arrived around midnight, when someone took the crib to our room). Then, breakfast —a huge queue, which is understandable, given the whole “Disneyland experience”. However, it was getting messier and messier. They couldn't find our names in an old school paper list. We sat down and couldn't find a high chair for our baby; it was absolutely crowded. The fruits were: apples and a bizarre fruit salad. Not even a banana for my child. Everything was finishing up quickly, and we could see that the workers were not able to keep up. Too many people, too little staff. By the time we got back from the park, nothing vegetarian on the menu, nothing that we could order or eat with a baby. We saw people ordering food from outside restaurants, so we did the same. Then, the unforgettable thing happened. Luckily, we were already leaving when the ceiling started to leak —not drip, but leak without stopping; it was literally raining in our room. When all of this was going on and we just wanted to leave, I found a SPIDER on the window! A huge one! It is sad. A beautiful hotel, crowded but pleasant, had so many issues that I would never recommend it. If you are used to staying in 4 or 5-star hotels, avoid it at all costs.

Hotel lobby was lovely and smelled amazing also. All the staff were very pleasant also, especially a man that helped us out at the bar area.

The room was really dark and the check in experience wasn't the best. They were helping people who walked up to the counter instead of helping the people who were waiting in line.

A well appointed room

Varied stay - the lobby is lovely but the scent is very strong! The rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff are nice and helpful whenever asked for assistance. The transportation to the park has improved from our last stay. The pool is cold and the changing area unpleasant, this along with the bathrooms don’t seem to have been updated when the rest of the hotel was and it shows. Breakfast is like a giant school canteen with one station, we experienced days when no fresh fruit salad was provided, croissants ran out and sausages were cold. There are warning signs about bringing in bags and food waste. Given the cost of staying here I think the hotel needs to take onboard that customers are paying for breakfast in a four star hotel and perhaps expect a level of service here. I would say that of the hotel choices on offer in the area outside the park, that are not Disney hotels this is the best option but the hotel could easily improve on the breakfast and pool area to improve customer stays.

We could not sleep at all for the first night stay and there was an ongoing noise from upstairs(The wind kept banging the window open and shut. ) but staff said they checked and could do nothing for us! Room facilities are poor like what I showed here the plug in the basin could not open to let water drain. Carpet are dirty.

Rooms nice but some sockets broken and upgrading required but nothing to complain about over all happy. Although being asked for €150 on arrival for a deposit without knowing this was a surprise. Might be good to prepare people for this added expense.

Rooms were great, needs were comfortable, plenty of space for family. My only complaint was during the week, the shuttle only came once an hour, so the busses were very full!

The property was extremely clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room were great and the beds extremely comfy. The online downside was the shuttle bus being shared by multiple hotels meaning these were very busy coming home but this is not a reflection of the hotel.

Large room size and transportation options are huge benefits.
