I do not recommend. Unless you fancy a thin sheet between you & stained pillows/mattress.
We paid for 4 nights. Left after 1 and paid for another hotel. Does this say enough?

The only thing I like it was 2 bathroom apartment. But it was really cold and you can’t put the heater up. It was set up for 22.. one of the bedroom’s windows I don’t know but we felt the air coming in. It was really cold.
We couldn’t put the heater up, we didn’t know where to ask for more blankets, my little boy was freezing

The pool was great. House was clean and had enough space. Bracelet is handy.
The prices are too expensive, drinks 5 a 6 euro. Not to talk about the food.

The pool and on site facilities. Bus access for Disneyland and to station.
Space of apartment.
Property feels a little tired.
One of our windows was broken - so didn’t feel secure.
The property wasn’t very clean. Hair left in one of the bathrooms, as well as a dirty cleaning cloth. Really gross.
No ‘extras’ such as hand soap were included. Had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, washing up sponge etc etc
Given the price - not exactly great.
Plus, for a kid focused hotel, nothing for them. Like a colouring set on arrival would have been a nice touch!

It was very suitable for our trip
It could have been cleaner in the property and also around too

Property was clean and comfortable but there was no lights working outside very dark at night and my mother had a fall
No lights outside had to use my phone to see when walking

The kitchen had good facilities & close too Disneyland
I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing my stay was. From the moment I arrived, it felt like one issue after another, and by the end of the trip I was completely exhausted, frustrated, and honestly shocked that a place marketed as a “resort” could operate this way.
First of all, the location of the cottage was unbelievably inconvenient. It was placed so far out in the forest that it felt completely isolated. At night, it was pitch black with absolutely no lighting along the paths, making it nearly impossible to find your way. I spent far too much time wandering around trying to locate the cottage, and there were no staff anywhere to help — just a security guard stationed at the main barrier who couldn’t assist with anything inside the resort. For a place that expects guests to navigate such a large area, the lack of lighting and guidance is honestly unacceptable.
Food delivery was another nightmare. Drivers were constantly getting lost because nothing is clearly marked, and the resort seems to offer no support or direction for them. Twice, my orders were cancelled because the drivers simply couldn’t find me. This meant waiting around hungry, only to be told the order had been abandoned. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re already in such a remote location with limited options.
I paid for a “VIP” 3-bedroom cottage, and I genuinely do not understand what part of it was supposed to be VIP. The cottage felt basic and poorly designed. The stairs inside the cottage leading to the upstairs bedrooms were unbelievably steep — actually quite dangerous, especially at night or if you’re carrying anything. The temperature inside was also a complete mess: upstairs was sweltering hot, even with the heating completely off, while downstairs was freezing cold. It made the whole place uncomfortable, no matter which floor you were on.
The beds were another huge problem. They were on wheels, and they slid around at the slightest movement.

Cosy, good walk around the whole park, close to Disney
The only shame was just the swimming, rapids was still being built and some parts of the swimming needed to be cleaned on the ground

Had all we needed but was basic and the decor well worn
Very dark walking around, could be better lit and very difficult to find the lodges in the dark
Very difficult to find and was quite a walk from the front gate and from the promenade where all the facilities are.
Staff were not very helpful in any of the locations, there was no warm welcome

Room could have been cleaner , hotter water

The location and bike were amazing!
The showers were unclean and there was zero water pressure. The men conducting swimsuit security at the pool entry were awful and caused multiple body shaming incidents for me and many others. It was sad that the hotel didn’t better communicate that only females need to be cautious of what they wear to the pool.

Aqua Mondo was great.
Room very clean.
Room was quite hostel like. Colours of room garish and bed very hard.
Minimal staff across the park.

Spacious apartment, well priced for accommodation in the area! Clean, and at least ours didn’t feel “run down” as other reviews suggest. All staff we interacted with were lovely.
While the water park was fun, the cleanliness (particularly the change room) was questionable. To be fair to Center Parcs, I think much of it was to do with disrespectful patrons, and not their janitorial team.

Love the natural environment and the facilities, especially the supermarket and waterpark! Looking forward to staying there again but for longer so we can make the most of everything it has to offer
Their magic shuttle transfer didn’t leave early enough so we had to re-arrange our airport transfer to the disney park/train station pick-up which was super stressful with a baby

There were rats living underneath our lodge, and which likely were also all over the outside furniture - we didn’t sit outside as a result and couldn’t open the windows for fresh air (there was no air con) for fear of the rats coming in - we couldn’t wait to leave! I have photos and a 20 minute video of the rats playing right next to our front door and outside the bedroom window.

It was clean, the cottage was big and homely and the swimming pool was fantastic
The resort was so big it was a long walk to get anywhere without a car and was difficult to meet a bus or taxi/uber until you worked out where everything was.
Also arriving at night meant there was no information or reception to ask questions and nowhere close to get food etc.

The pool facilities were great
There were rats in the area that came up in the decking regularly during the day. It meant we couldn’t leave the door open to let air in and with no air conditioning it was very stuffy and too hot during the Summer months. We complained to the Facilities dept but nothing significant was done about the rat problem. My parents and sister were also staying at Centre Parcs at the same time, my sister ended up with a rat in her accommodation and had to be moved. It was very distressing.

Terrible queues in bakery and supermarket. Supermarket was a mess with lots of pallets of stock and rubbish sitting around. Nothing was working in Action Factory. Miam Miam slow service and inside seating closed (not one off, everyday of our week long stay) so had to sit outside in sun, as no shaded tables. Swimming pool changing rooms very dirty, need cleaning throughout the day. The place felt half closed, even though we were there in August. Lodge was not clean, under beds had not been cleaned, bathroom smelt of sewage.

The location was great. Accommodation was perfect for our needs. Swimming pool was fantastic.
Some of the staff members were extremely grumpy and were not helpful at all. The comfort lodges only have 1 toilet but two bathrooms.

Fantastic views from our cottage. Great facilities in the cottage
Quite a walk to the facilities provided and on site transportation hire is very expensive per day

Space was good. Dishwasher was handy.
No oven. Cleaning not up to standard. No hanging space. Quite dark. Needs refreshing.
7.0 / 10.0
Secluded, quiet, nicely decorated and thought out, well equipped.
Could have been cleaner, not much light coming in because of the direction it faced to the sun and the surrounding trees (which were nice but made it a bit dingy sometimes), it sort of faced a car park.

Perfect apartment, excellent facilities. Great location for Disney. The swimming pool was excellent. My children enjoyed everything about the accommodation especially the spa bath.
It was hard to come back from Disney late at night as most entrances were closed. So was a long walk to the apartment.

The location was nice, the grocery store was a nice touch
I needed to drive most to the front of the property. I did not like being far away from all the arcades and shopping places

We stayed at VIP apartment.it was located on the ground floor, and very spacious. We arrived during the heat wave and accomodations are not equipped with AC. However, there were 2 fans, plus apartment was surrounded by greenery,so it was a big help. I believe other apartments on first and second floor were like ovens. Beds were very good, comfortable mattresses to sleep on. We are a small family, so there were plenty of room for us.
Toilet had a smell but after giving itt a clean, smell has gone.
Camp facilities:
1.pool is excellent -the best part
2.activities: not open every day, mainly suits smaller kids
3.bike rental: good, you can rent bikes for 2 days but keep it for 3. Nice grounds to go for a spin on the bike
4. Restaurants: the most popular was pasta/pizza restaurant. Food is good but appoling service. You need to order food by scanning a QR code, despite restaurant has staff on premises. Do it all yourself, pay first and then they will bring your food. No human touch. Based on that, no tips were left.
Same treatment is in the bowling bar.
5. Looks like place is understaffed in the bakery too. The big long queue of people and only 2 people on premises and they were not rushed off their feet to get your business.
6.evening entertainment: or absence of it.
Nothing for kids after the pool closes. Movie night, pool disco could be nice. Facilities are there but nothing is on site at present. Looks like place is in stagnation big time.
Rats!
I understand that it is massive site to keep pest control at bay but...seeing them around is not doing anyone good.
Plus, there was a rat family who got themselves in the cavity of the walls where we stayed and they kept us awake all night.
I made a call to service desk but call was disconnected or hang up on me , and nobody called me back...
We saw lads from rentokil driving around and reported the problem.
At least they came over and dealt with it
So, overall stay was ok. the winning point for us was pool facilities

Great location for driving to Disney and shopping is all close by.
RATS EVERYWHERE - literally Everything else was awful. Staff are rude, the cottage was dirty, everything is a very long walk away especially with kids so if you haven't got your own car youre screwed (we had to drive and park just to get to the pool or farm). Also if youre a single parent it is terrifying because you cant open the windows because people are walking past right next to them constantly and the kids room was actually on the path so noisy and unsafe. Couldn't open the patio doors to let air in during 38 degrees heat as the rats were under the patio so they'd try to get in when the doors were open. Weird experience wouldn't reccomend.

Perfect for families
Rooms are very hot without a/c. we did have a fan but have heard other rooms didn’t.

We liked the space in the property, the cleanliness and the decor. It was very nicely done.
I would have liked air conditioning. It was extremely hot and the fans couldn’t compete.

Pool, kids amenities, farm, cars parked near our rooms.
More restaurants as we waited quiet a long time at Vapiano and there were lots of tables available. Also more staff needed in each restaurant.

Beautiful and clean, and a perfect layout. Plenty of amenities and a full size kitchen. We had a ground floor apartment so benefited from a big outdoor space completely shrouded in plants and trees, very tranquil and nice. There were good shops very close to the apartment, gaming areas and other facilities, and an amazing water park/pool as well as convenient parking throughout. It also felt very safe, happily walking around late at night, well lit, and good security measures when returning from outside. Amazing value for money and will definitely stay again.
The only problem was the general finish of the apartment which had seen better days. Although it didn’t bother us, little things like the lamp being held on with tinfoil, pictures clearly missing from the wall, some lights not working etc. And the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced which took a couple of days to get used to. The lack of air conditioning was also a problem as it was around 30 degrees C during our stay.

Good location for visiting Disney, 10mins in a taxi or can jump on the bus. Lodge was a good size for a family of 4 and had everything we needed.
Our lodge was very uncomfortable, the beds very awful and very hard and everything was dirty. No air conditioning so very hot on a cold day.
The outdoor playground was closed which with a 3 and 4 year old was very disappointing. There was a lack of restaurants on site for the size of the property. Quite a few parts of the pool were shut, and generally the property isn’t maintained well or as clean as the UK center parcs (which we love).

It was our first time visiting and we had a great time. Everything was fun and well-organized and highly recommended for a family vacation.
Check-in is late (4 PM), and unfortunately, the cottage wasn’t clean, dusty floors, spider webs, hair on the bed, and dirty kitchen items.

pool and asides were so great for our three year old and adult slides were brilliant also. supermarket is so great. we didnt use any other facilities. Our uber was 45 euro from CDG airport and 15 euro to Disney for my sons third bday
bring your own pillow. We both didnt like the pillows. They were far too soft

· We had a disaster of a trip, , the security staff are an absolute disgrace, on Saturday the 3rd of May my 7 year found some apple iPods on the floor, and he put them in his pocket, on the Monday we were approached by 2 aggressive security guards, saying that the iPods were ringing in our locker, we said our son found the airpods and returned them straight away, then another fatter security guard of Moroccan descent came and tried to intimate us, totally unprofessional and if he was in my own country he probably would of got a slap, waiting outside our changing rooms and treating us like criminals, demanding we follow him, in the end I demanded the police got called, and after 10 mins of talking with the police we left, I will make an official complaint to center parks Europe on how the security staff humiliated us Infront of lots of people and made our 7 year old cry his eyes out, I really enjoyed our stay but the fat moracan ruined our 3 day trip and I will never return there again , also I WhatsApp reception to say our master bedroom lights didn't work, the telephone didn't work, the outside lights didn't work, the spa bath was full of hairs and not cleaned, and I still haven't had a WhatsApp in response .

Fun parks for the kids.
Stuff was broke and closed off everywhere. Probably a nice place when new but is falling apart and not rated even close to what it said on booking with all the old broken down things.

I liked nature and the facilities, we were traveling with 2 kids and this is amazing
Some restaurants could be better and staff doesn’t speak English or spanish
