Location was perfect for us. Safe family friendly
The lift to our apartment was out of service not ideal with two toddlers and a buggy. It was quiet so would have been nice if they offered us a different apartment

facilities were fantastic yet again. Sad I couldn't give it top scores for review. I would definitely recommend anyone especially with kids to stay here. There is so much to see and do. the swimming pool and slides are fantastic. the site itself is very clean. check in and check out is easy.
there was human poop/faeces in the jacuzzi bath on arrival. Also when using the shower or bath on an evening with the light on on the bathroom. The window blind goes completely see through and you can see from the street below everything and I mean everything in the bathroom

The only thing I like it was 2 bathroom apartment. But it was really cold and you can’t put the heater up. It was set up for 22.. one of the bedroom’s windows I don’t know but we felt the air coming in. It was really cold.
We couldn’t put the heater up, we didn’t know where to ask for more blankets, my little boy was freezing
