Great place except no customer service

Great location. It's near a bus stop. Quiet place. Room comfortable and big.

We tried to reach the host via the two local numbers provided, email, booking.com customer service, booking.com messaging app and airbnb. One of the number has an automated answering machine. Every time you call it, it will answer but it will say some items in French. The other one we tried calling, it would answer with a sound but no one is on the line. There was no customer service at all. We were not able to turn on the heater so it was freezing in the room half of our stay. There was also no reply via email. It would be nice if the host would be reachable in the future.

Great spot for Disneyland.

Ideal location for Disneyland (buses aren't super convenient so we used uber, €14 each way which was less than I expected). Apartment is a 20-25 minute walk from Val d'Europe station. There is not much in the surrounding area as it's still being developed but for access to the park or the designer outlet/shopping centre, it's perfect. It was clean and well kept. The instructions to get in were really easy to follow, Long is an excellent host. Overall would recommend!

There were a few cobwebs in the corners but nothing that impacted our stay, some extra coffee pods would have been nice, also the machine leaked.

Simple, well priced, great location near Disneyland Paris.

Great price close to the park, train station, and shopping/food. Excellent communication with property manager. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, so it was perfect for us to sleep in and get ready in the mornings.

Walls in one of the bedrooms were very dirty, looked like spaghetti sauce was thrown on the wall. Two very small rolls of toilet paper, ran out and had to purchase some from the nearby grocery store. The building and surrounding area are still under construction, so be prepared for noise and construction traffic to begin around 0800-0830. We could not access the stairs or elevator from the parking garage since we did not have the proper clicker. We had walk back up the entrance of the garage and go through the front door.

Everything in the apartment is very nice. Very clean, the owner has arranged all the things very neatly. We liked it very much. We will surely go back.

This is not a negative comment, but just wanted to let every one know that you need to have your own car to get there easily, also back and forth to Disney or take a taxi. Family with kids should know this to arrange accordingly.

Déception du suivi

L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à DisneylandParis. Immeuble, très calme, est situé dans un quartier agréable. Appartement très agréable mais nous avons malheureusement eu une mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée car le nettoyage n'était pas fait. L'entrée et la sortie sont totalement en autonomie.

Le nettoyage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée (vers 20h). Les serviettes et les draps étaient par terre, la sdb et la cuisine étaient sales. J'ai réussi à contacter le numéro d'urgence après plusieurs tentatives. La seule solution proposée (après plusieurs communications téléphoniques) été de nous apporter des draps (non repassés) et de 4 minuscules serviettes. A plus de 22h, nous avons du faire les lits et un minimum de nettoyage. Personne n'aime se laver dans une sdb pas nettoyée et cuisiner dans une cuisine sale. Sans oublier qu'il n'y avait pas de papier WC, pas de savon de douche, pas d'essuies de vaisselle propres.... et le surcoût de communications téléphoniques non comprises dans mon forfait. Si je peux comprendre un "problème", je suis TRES déçue de ne pas avoir eu un RETOUR des propriétaires par rapport à cette situation désagréable. A 170€ la nuit, on peut s'attendre à un autre service. J'estime donc avoir droit au minimum à un message d'excuses de la part du propriétaire. C'était la 4e fois que je logeais dans cet appartement.... ce sera sans doute la dernière. Il n'y a AUCUN suivi des messages sur booking. Ce sont des messages automatiques ! Et depuis cette désagréable expérience, c'est silence radio à toutes mes tentatives de contacts.

La cercanía al parque de Disneyland, en coche son 10 min. En transporte está lejísimos porque está muy mal comunicado. El apartamento es acogedor, se está bien y es cómodo.

El apartamento no tenía papel higiénico (IMPRESCINDIBLE QUE HAYA), había botes de jabón vacíos, no había jabón para lavar los platos y no había estropajo ni balletas. Al contactar con el anfitrión solo dijo: lo siento por lo del papel. Tuvimos que comprar todo…y no nos abonaron nada.

L’appartamento si trova a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal supermercato più vicino e dai ristoranti e non è collegato con autobus nelle vicinanze (forse per i lavori in corso nella zona) e con i bambini piccoli è stato un problema per noi. Mancanza di servizi minimi per la pulizia della cucina, quali sapone, spugnette etc.

l'emplacement est à 10min du parc disney en voiture et du centre commercial marne la vallée. Le logement est bien équipé, propre. Il nous manquait des draps et La conciergerie a réagit dans l'heure pour nous ramener le nécessaire.

Si vraiment il fallait trouver un point négatif, je dirais que le logement est situé dans une zone en construction donc il faut compter avec la poussière ++ donc pas évident quand on est asthmatique.

Es war eine gute Erfahrung und wir würden es wieder buchen

Lage war perfekt und mit der Garage ideal.

Das Schwämchen in der Küche war alt, die Wohnung war nur besenrein, leider hier und da Haar/Fusselknäule auf dem Boden. Leider war der Transponder für den falschen Fahrstuhl im Gebäude so konnten wir nicht direkt von Wohnung zum Auto und wieder zurück.

Très bon logement pour qui souhaite passer un séjour dans le parc Eurodisney.

Le logement était parfaitement opérationnel avec tout le nécessaire ... jusqu'au capsule de café disponible. La propreté était parfaite et les chambres très accueillante.

Séjour famille au parc

Très beau, confortable, proche du parc, bien équipé. Parking très pratique. Environnement très agréable (malgré les travaux du quartier).

Traces dans le frigo et pommeau de douche qui fuit, ça reste des détails qui n’entâches pas le séjour.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bastante bien equipado. Luminoso y amplio. Camas cómodas.

El lavabo del baño estaba atascado y durante los cuatro días nadie vino a arreglarlo. Un mando estaba sin pilas y tampoco hicieron nada. Para ir a Disney cogíamos un Bolt ya que la estación está a más de 10 minutos andando y si llueve y vas con niños….. No hay supermercados cercanos , hay que caminar bastante.
