Cozy apartment for 6 people located near Disneyland Park, Vallée Village, and the Val d'Europe Shopping Center.
THE APARTMENT:
CRISTAL 6 is located on the 2nd floor of a new, secure residence. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It includes:
- A living room (double sofa bed)
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (2 people)
- Bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 people)
- Bathroom: bathtub, sink, washer/dryer, and toilet
+ Two balconies designated as “smoking areas,” accessible from the living room and Bedroom 2
Also included at no extra charge:
- 2 secure parking spaces in the residence’s basement, direct access via the elevator (Note: maximum height 1.95 m)
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 6 people
- Available on-site for babies: travel crib and high chair.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away, in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in a brand-new neighborhood in Serris, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities.
You’ll appreciate its ideal location, less than a 10-minute walk from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village—Chic Shopping Outlet” there.
DISNEYLAND PARIS: 10 minutes by bus (No. 47). The bus stop is 800 meters from the building (9-minute walk)
Val d’Europe Shopping Center: 700 meters
La Vallée Village Shopping Outlet: 700 meters
SeaLife Aquarium: 700 meters
TRANSPORTATION:
- A4 Highway, Exit "12.1 D 345: Marne-la-Vallée Val d'Europe, Montévrain, Regional Shopping Center"
- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 30 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (20 min on foot)

We are available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.
Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Really great flat, both bedrooms en-suite. Spotlessly clean, easy check in. Lovely and warm, 10 min walk to the shopping centre and a 12 euro taxi to Disney. If you’re parking in the garage, you need Batiment B door at the front of the garage. That’s not clear from the check in docs but that’s the only minor issue. Highly recommended and the team were always quick to respond to questions.
