The property was clean, spacious and was in a good location not far from Disneyland where I took my children to

Overall, the accommodation was quite satisfactory, with no major dislikes to report. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience significantly. One such improvement would be the addition of a free-to-air television service that includes French channels. This would allow guests to easily access French news and local activities, enriching their stay and keeping them informed about the region. Another important issue concerns the hot water system. It would be beneficial to provide guests with clear information or warnings about its limitations. On one occasion, a member of our group was unable to take a shower because the hot water supply had run out. A better system or communication about usage could prevent this inconvenience in the future. Additionally, the condition of the toilet upon arrival was less than ideal, as there was an unpleasant odor. To address this, it is recommended that the property owner regularly treats the bathroom drain with bleach or a similar disinfectant before guests arrive. This simple measure would greatly improve the initial impression and comfort of the bathroom facilities.

Dirty, broken but very close to Disney

How close it was to Disney

Wasn't clean shower broken dishwasher broken other guests bedding on beds still. When spoke with a member of staff they apologised for there error in checking in, dumped clean linning out side the front door we cleaned and put fresh bedding on. Didn't ruin the holiday as we were in Disney the hole 4 days we were there. Wont stay there again.

Best place nearby Disneyland

I really enjoyed everything and since our goal was Disney, this place was close and worked the best for us. They were very helpful with everything even when we were having trouble with the refund of the deposit they were so kind to send us a screenshot for the clearance with the bank. I would totally recommend staying here

Disappointing

Great location close to the bakery and supermarket. Apartment is big and spacious, well structured as well as the bed set-up.

1. There was really smelly filled garbage bag left in the kitchen cabinet from previous [or even older] tenants. Clearly, check/clean was not done prior to our arrival. 2. Garage was included and part of the selection process for us for the rental though the badge to access the garage was taken by previous tenants, even though is not the host "fault", the host did not check the integrity of the rental prior to our arrival. 3. Very difficult to find the contact details of the host, and when I called for the missing garage access, host took the claim and stated it will try to resolve Nonetheless, the host did not take the time to come back with a feedback as committed [I only got a response once I raised it again through booking contact platform after I received a standard message of "we are checking that you are satisfied with the apartment"]. Note that is not granted that you will find a parking spot on the available slots in the street of the residence. 4. Kitchen was not really clean [sugar everywhere in the cabinet, sticky surfaces,...] and bathroom has black mold on the ceiling [It is an old residence and airflow is good, not sure why/how there is actually mold]. I am happy that I have friends in the city who allowed us to use their kitchen. I would not stay there again with my family

Apartment met all our expectations and even overcome it. It had everything what we were looking for, very nice neighborhood and closed to Disneyland. We felt like been most welcomed guests, not clients. Really liked it, 100 % recommended.

Very close to Pharmacy, Grocery store and Bus stops. Very quiet environment. Well equipped for self catering. 20mins away by bus to Marne La Vallee Disneyland.

Unable to check-in earlier, when flight landing early morning. Shower Cubicle floor slippery. Squeaking laminated floor. Kids room door didn’t close properly. Appartment number not visible from the road or pavement.

Perfect apartment to explore Disney and Paris, without stretching your budget!

Fantastic apartment right next to Disney. Extremely friendly (light!!) and spacious for our family of 4, everything is pretty new and very well kept - lots of space to chill on the sofa, have a dinner at the large table. Perfectly equipped kitchen ( you could cook full meals here without any problem!!), and bathroom. Very kind host, super responsive to any question, we never felt abandoned even if we never saw a single person ;-) there is a small square nearby (5 min walk) with bakery, supermarket, etc.. And we even could park our car in the parking garage (for free) , which is a bit tiny for bigger cars, but so helpful as street-parking is impossible to find.

reading the instructions for the key exchange sounded pretty complicated on paper but it was so well described that everything went perfectly!!!! the outside of the building is under renovation so unfortunately you can't use the beautiful balcony but this is only temporary. if there would have been a washing machine/dryer, this place would be beyond perfect!!

Gute Lage aber abgewohnt und nicht gerade sauber

Die Lage war top.

Die Unterkunft ist abgewohnt. Der Boden reist auf und man kann sich verletzten, eine Tür war ganz aus der Verankerung raus gebrochen und sauber war es auch nicht wirklich, auf dem Sofa waren überall flecke und Staub wurde auch schon länger nicht gewischt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber war nicht der beste, man hat aber eher das Gefühl, das es nur ums Geld geht. Ich hoffe nur das ich meine Kaution, die man auch noch extra bezahlen/hinterlegen muss, wieder bekomme. Also in allem können wir aufgrund das alles abgewohnt ist, dies Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Le logement était propre, bien décoré et très confortable. La communication avec l’hôte était claire et rapide. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de Disneyland.

Zeer goede locatie, als we kunnen, komen we terug.

De locatie, een 7-tal km van Disneyland Paris. Ook fijn was de Carrefour Market, een beenhouwerij en 2 bakkers op wandelafstand. Het appartement is vrij goed uitgerust, enkel wijnglazen ontbraken. We waren met 5 personen daar. Er is een slaapkamer met een dwars eenpersoonsbed over een tweepersoonsbed maar we hebben hier geen gebruik van gemaakt. Onze zoon sliep in de slaapzetel. Bedden zijn vrij hard maar sliepen wel goed. Keukenhanddoek, afwasblokjes zijn voorzien. Spijtig dat het appartement eind december niet vrij is, anders gingen we er terug heen!

Er zijn verschillende beschadigingen, zoals een slaapkamerdeur die niet volledig sloot omdat het hengsel aan de onderkant beschadigd was. Ik heb alle beschadigingen doorgegeven en kreeg bijna onmiddellijk antwoord van de verhuurder. Alles wat proper moest zijn (keuken, badkamer, toilet, bedden, beddegoed en handdoeken) was kraaknet, maar in de hoeken vonden we stofnetten. Ook dat is doorgegeven. Van een appartement dat verhuurd word, kan je niet verwachten dat het picobello in orde is en wat er aan mankeerde hinderde ons niet. Het enige wat ik wel lastig vond, was het ontbreken van kleine handdoeken om je haar af te drogen, badlakens zijn wel voorzien.

Très bon séjour chez Panda Suite

Séjour professionnel, nous avons apprécié le logement, il est agréable, spacieux et propre. Je recommande et y retournerai certainement.

Stationnement un peu galère : Nous avions une place de parking en sous-sol à disposition, mais malheureusement nous étions en camionnette.
