Spacious apartment for 6 people located near Disneyland Park, the Vallée Village and the Val d'Europe Shopping Center.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
CRISTAL 5 is located on the 1st floor of a new and secure residence. It is suitable for up to 6 people.
It includes:
- A spacious living room (sofa bed for 2 people)
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- Bedroom 1: double bed (2 people)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 people)
- Bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine
- Separate toilet
+ A balcony accessible from the living room
Also included, at no extra charge:
-1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by elevator (Attention, max height 1m95)
- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment
- Bed linen and towels included for 6 people
- Available on site for baby: travel cot
- A second set of keys is available, do not hesitate to ask us at check-in
/!\ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,..) but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away, in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
THE DISTRICT:
Located in a brand new area of Serris, in a quiet environment while being close to amenities.
You will appreciate its ideal location less than 10 minutes walk from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket.
You will also find "la Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".
DISNEYLAND PARIS Park: 10 min by bus (n°47). The stop is 800m from the building (9 min walk)
Val d'Europe shopping mall: 700 metres
Vallee Village Shopping Outlet: 700 metres
Sea Life Aquarium: 700 meters
TRANSPORT:
- A4 motorway, exit "12.1 D 345: Marne-la-Vallée Val d'Europe, Montévrain, Centre Commercial Régional"
- TGV: Marne la Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10min by bus / 30min on foot)
- RER A: Val d'Europe station (20min walk)

Everything was perfect; just as pictured. It’s a beautiful home with a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the fans were nice, especially since we came during a heat wave. If I’m ever in that part of the world again, I would not hesitate to stay there again. It’s a perfect stay for anyone heading to Disneyland Paris.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet through out the night. Carrefour just downstair which sells everything you would need (especially fresh delicious croissants)! Bit of a walk to Val d'Europe which took about 25 minutes to walk to so we ended up just getting ubers to disneyland (uber to val d'europe and to disneyland cost the exact same). The hosts were responsive eveytime we contacted them.

Spacious apartment. Only 5 mugs, not great if there is 6 guests staying. Be prepared to look on to a building site. Good location for public transport to all attractions. Enjoyed our stay
