Perfect stay.

So happy, would recommend !

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. A staff member met us to handover the keys and go through a few helpful pointers. The facilities were perfect including a dishwasher, washing machine and secure off road parking. There is a lovely enclosed garden that we didn't make use of this stay due to the weather, but, we would rectify that with a summer visit. The large bed (the only one we used) was so comfortable. It was an extremely short and straightforward drive to and from Disneyland paris and Val De Europe.

It had a lovely little Parisian Charm! Bedrooms were very spacious and had great WiFi

The property itself was excellent and I have no complaints in that regard. I was aware in advance that a late check-in surcharge applied, and this was not unexpected. However, our flight from the UK was delayed, and despite keeping the host informed throughout our journey (with the exception of the time we were in the air), a €50 late check-in fee was still charged for our arrival after 11pm (with a €25 fee applying after 8pm). I fully appreciate that facilitating a late arrival may require someone to attend the property, potentially late at night and in cold conditions, and I am grateful for that effort. That said, I was surprised that an alternative such as a secure lockbox was not available, as this is something I have experienced at other properties in the same area during previous stays. While the surcharge was disclosed in advance, it feels difficult to avoid in practice, particularly for guests travelling from abroad. Many visitors to Disney are families who understandably try to manage costs by choosing more affordable flights, which are often late-evening arrivals and can make earlier check-in times unrealistic. In that context, the fee felt less like a discretionary option and more like an unavoidable additional cost.

not bad at all

The apartment is located for a comfortable stay of no more than 4 people. The apartment is not large, but it is equipped quite well. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, good location in relation to Disneyland and Paris. Supermarkets, restaurants, bakery are within walking distance. Carefully read the rules of staying in this accommodation - violation of these rules threatens to charge additional fees. Poor noise insulation.

Great - we all thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was great - well equipped and comfortable. Yanis was very helpful showing us around the property and contacting me prior to our arrival.

Only minor comment would be to have black out blinds in the bedroom with single beds as the other room has them.

Amazing! Just as on photos!

The area was fantastic, quiet and safe, grocery shop around the corner, enough of tableware and cooking equipment. 15 mins from Disneyland (can easily get there on the bus). Bedding was nice and clean. Enough space for a family of 5. The host very very helpful, allowed us to arrive earlier for little extra cost and also kept our luggage after check out. Fantastic place! Will definitely recommend everywhere!

les draps étaient pas changés on a ramassé des ongles, faux ciles, et il y avait beaucoups de poussiere sur les mobilers des chambres et sous les lits. il n'y avait pas des produits d'hygyènes

Apartamentul este echipat, inclusiv cu o bucătărie complet utilată, care permite pregătirea meselor.Paturile au fost foarte confortabile, asigurând un somn odihnitor.

Check-in-ul era între orele 16:00 și 20:00, altfel achiți o taxă. Noi am ajuns mai devreme și am solicitat depozitarea bagajelor, pentru a putea vizita orașul înainte de a intra în apartament. Bagajele ne-au fost depozitate în portbagajul mașinii angajatului, contra sumei de 35 de euro.La momentul check-in-ului propriu-zis, am întârziat aproximativ o oră față de intervalul lor (16:00-20:00), iar acest lucru a fost taxat suplimentar cu 25 de euro. Curățenia putea fi îmbunătățită, întrucât am găsit fire de păr în baie, ceea ce denotă o atenție limitată la detalii.
