Bus to Disney: stop is 8 mins from hotel, every 15 mins, it takes 25 mins minimum,stops everywhere, taxi (called by hotel) was 30 euros, it's 1hr walk. Room was dirty with coffee stains on carpet and bathroom not cleaned.Breakfast doesn't have plant based milk and has limited options.No fridge in the room to keep the food.
I was stranded at the train station of Disney,due to the snow(-10C), no buses where working, but all other hotels where picking up their customers w their van service. I called the hotel as locals suggested,and they left me on hold for more than 10mins and never picked up. I had to walk it was -10 celsius outside I went to hotel Sequoia for help, they explained the routes would be okay in 2 hours that I shouldnt walk cause my hotel was 1hr by foot and to stay and eat something there,they called me a taxi. When back at the hotel , exhausted, I explain the situation, the lady with red short hair says it's my problem cause everyone here comes by car, no apology, rude and unprofessional..I was shaken so I left my Disney hat in front of her at her desk. The next day they told me they gave it to someone else,I can't believe they gave my belongings to other people,knowing that I arrived scared an upset late at night, without even asking for proof it was theirs.
Don't stay here, it will make you waste time for Disney, just stay either at a Disney hotel or any other hotel with a van service, most of them have it, it really makes a difference when visiting Disney.
Also when arriving, the hotel was not able to provide the schedules for the bus, since it was -10c outside, I didn't want to wait 15 mins in the snow..I figure it out on my own but this is simple and basic hospitality for a hotel

The hotel is 10 minutes away from Disneyland. We stayed one night here and chose the hotel for its value for money. Overall, for one night the stay was ok. The room was large enough and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was really good
Unfortunately the room was not clean. The bed blankets had some hair and the toilet had some dirty spots. This is something that should improve as cleanliness should be non negotiable.
On top of it, the requested 5 euro per day for the parking does not make sense and it seems like the hotel is trying to make as much money as they can. In front of the holiday inn there is the Ace hotel paris which offers free parking and a higher degree of cleanliness in the rooms

Staff are friendly. Location is great if you want to be close to disneyland and the hotel is also close to outlet center. Big parking and has 4 charging stations.
Sofa bed too hard to sleep and the pillow is not comfortable. No fridge in the room. And charging your car is €1 per kw very expensive..

Very disappointing stay – not worth the money
My experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was extremely poor from the start. The first receptionist, Salah, was not helpful at all. Although there was a shuttle bus available to Disneyland, he only recommended taking a taxi, which was unnecessarily expensive.
The room lacked basic amenities – no slippers for the bathroom, and despite the Booking.com listing stating that room service was available, there was none. Housekeeping was also disappointing: they didn’t change the bedsheets, didn’t replace used glasses, and left trays sitting on the table without clearing them.
The room phone wasn’t working, and even after informing the reception, nobody came to fix it. Overall, it felt like the staff just didn’t care.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m giving it a very low rating.

No-one in France has much of a clue about coeliac disease. There was no gluten free food at all available in the evening. Breakfast was fine as many breakfast products are naturally gluten free. The receptionist was, however, very receptive to me telling her where we managed to find GF food in a restaurant nearby.

The property was decorated nicely . The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very nice.
the bathroom had a lot of soap scum in the shower and around the sink . The top of the curtains also had very tiny bugs. the kitchen chef was extremely rude about me getting juice outside of eating hours that I was not aware of.

We stayed here with our kids (1 and 2 y/o). Our oldest had the sleeping couch. The babycrib for our youngest was not comfortable very hard, there was no mattress inside and when we asked for a sheet or blanket to put inside it was not possible to provide.
Staff at breakfast not very helpful, cleaning tray and cart to small.
At the second day housekeeping opened the window while cleaning our room, but forgot to close it. It was freezing -2 outside so not very comfortable to come back with our kids. Also the settings on the heater where changed different then the day before so it stayed very cold in the room.

- The location was excellent. There is a nearby bus stop that takes you to Disneyland in 30 minutes. 2.5 euro ticket.
- The staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean.
- The room was significantly smaller compared to other hotels in the area.
- They didn’t provide complimentary water bottles, so we had to buy them from the reception (quite pricey).
- Apart from fruit, there were no vegan-friendly options in the breakfast. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days, and the breakfast was exactly the same.

The rooms are not that clean, and one day, it was smelling like a garbage truck. The room doesn't have a safe and doesn't have a fridge. If you are thirsty, you have to go down to the reception and buy water. For breakfast, there is not enough variety. Even the jam jar was empty. The fruits are not clean. The coffee is very bad (conventional machine). The value of our stay was not worth the price.
