Great location in the center of town but this is also the downfall as you have to deal with loud music and drunk people at night

Not enough toilet roll, No holder for toilet roll. No hooks for clothes or towels in the room or bath room. Extension needed for more plug sockets. Room service. Air condition was overly loud. More shower gél needed. Towel for shower floor. Holder in shower. Glasses for drinks. Balcony crowded from 2 air con units

Centrally located

Top lange, mitten in der Altstadt! Wer gerne die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden möchte ist mit dieser Unterkunft bestens bedient! Sie bietet auf kleiner Fläche alles was man zum übernachten braucht. Das leben findet draussen statt… So zentral am gelegen ist natürlich auch mit den den entsprechenden Geräuschen zu rechnen - zumindest am Wochenende.

Location, facility are nice, totally satisfied.

Security is okay unless black out Is happened. This building is required the pass code when you enter, no actual key. That was quite early morning, but we had to go out for boat tour. We waited for it but not fixed soon. It means, UNABLE TO LOCK our room. Even though we have own key for the personal belongings, can’t leave it, too risky to leave them. So we had to bring them to the tour. Although we have personal belongings with us, other stuff are there. how do we know if anyone is entered our room? When we came back at night, that was fixed. But owner was not responding even though we contacted in the morning. They should have alternative solution when the power outage is happened. That is the only, but huge problem of this apartment.
