Very friendly host who even offered to drive with us into the centre to show us a free parking lot. The location is very convenient for a late arrival or early departure on the ferry.
Convenient location for the ferry, but not necessarily for a longer stay. The night was a bit noisy.

Everything was clean.
The owner is very nice and welcomed us very nicely. The check-in was very easy.
We were able to park our car in the garden, close to the room which was convenient.
The room is in the middle of an industrial zone => very poor quality/price ratio.
Given the price we paid, I did not expect the room to be in such a poor location.
Nothing is close to the apartment so you must have a car, otherwise you cannot do anything.

Stayed at this place for 2 nights, to see the city of Olbia and for my flight back home from the local airport.
Overall it was a good stay, the building is like a duplex with different rooms rented to different guests, everyone has their own entrance door from the outside, which is great during covid. The location is a bit further away from Olbia, but I managed to walk it in 20-25 minutes, there is also a close by bus and parking options. I highly recommend hiking up
Nuraghe Riu Mulinu that can be seen from the accomodation.
The owner did not speak English but regardless was very kind and tried his best to make my stay good.
As mentioned, the location might not be ideal if you don't have any car or bicycle for transport.

Property is located in a strategical position to reach all the beautiful beaches around. Room was nice and clean and although the property is located in the industrial area, it remained very peaceful for the day and night. We appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the owner, was also no problem to do a late check out.
We would only add basic kitchen stuff like coffee to the kitchenware.
