The team of people at reception was professional and helpful. Mrs. Sofia helped us to manage a car rental with ease and gave us many good recommendations. Thank you! The room was comfy for business.
We had these unpleasant experiences, which are definitely tasks for the manager of the hotel to take action on:
- Waiting time in the lobby bar for coffee or prosecco was simply ridiculous. It was the same whether there were many people or we were the only people sitting there. The waiter (a man) was there seeing us, not paying even basic attention, and was slow (not the "holiday type" of being slow, but slow, like when someone does not like what he does). In the restaurant, all was all fine, but in the lobby bar, it was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
- I expect standard cleanliness in every hotel, but in this type of hotel, it should not happen at all that you find mold in the bathroom and that no one checked the stairs and did not see coffee poured (big stain) on the floor for days.

We'd stayed in the Delta Marriott for one night when we arrived in Sardinia so when our flight home was cancelled and we needed to wait for three days for an alternative, we immediately headed back to the Marriott which we'd really loved two weeks before. And we weren't disappointed; the multi lingual staff are all very friendly and so helpful. The room was large, airy and quiet with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has an enormous range of choices and is plentiful. We ate in the restaurant twice and had room service once and both times the food was excellent. The hotel IS about a twenty minute walk from the centre of Olbia but there are restaurants and cafes not far away in Via Aldo Moro. We would heartily recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable, restful easy experience for you stay in Olbia.

Ease of parking and access to car
Overpriced for what you get. Was quite bland overall with more of a motel feel, lacking any warmth, even for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was average and overall facilities were a little average.
